No Worries Found it myself

if you are like me and still wanna use sakura with touchpad then copy the files from the new system files that are modofied on 15/9/09 to the your sakura's system folder...then press A and select touchpad then select your game and RUN

I'm amazed at how fast they are updating the firmware... at this moment in time, I think they are the only team to have fixed most (if not all) bugs with the latest game releases (unless Team Cyclops have fixed Mario & Luigi?).

This update when I copy the loader files to Sakura, M&L3 does not work. However it works in Touchpod

To have both, only copy the file that were edited on the 15 of september 2009. You dont need the others if your system is already set up.

Can you specify which particular files to copy? And would this also fix Sakura to load these games?

yeah what files are concernend to update sakura system with new touchpad version?

I guess that all homebrew.* and minigame.*
but what about menu.* and g6dsload.* files ?

I suppose that g6dsload.* files are 1sf processes loaded before menu.*
and that salura system have their own version (for multi-boot) so I guess
that we had to leave it ?
