MPlayerWii v0.07 (r20) DVD/SD/SDHC/SMB support
Released by rodries (version 0.0.7.4, release 20). This version doesn't crash when browsing on DVD files (left, right buttons). Also, network cache and SMB streaming have improvements (Fixes: no more CodeDumps when browsing on Samba, now DivX videos are highly compatible, better smb streaming support (less glitches). Added: NTLM security protocol).

<<<<DOWNLOAD<<<<In this archive we have the HBC application ready for you, also iv'e packed "personally fully tested" x2 channels to save you going into the HBC
1 of the channels is a basic channel to just install with manager installer etc..
Other chanel"dol forwarder" thanx to spacejump coding it over at GBA for me, install the channel, it "saves internal wii space" but you REQUIRE the application in apps on the SD Card!!!

Look through the video, and do as iv'e shown, and you wont go WRONG! anyway, download the package, put the app on SD Card, and make sure the config file is on Root Of SD Card, make sure you always keep the SD Card in the wii, otherwise your paths wont be shown when you open up either the app, or injected channel, iv'e not given you my injected channel, iv'e done enough, now do it yourself!


Please dont question this that the other, here's the tutorial to help all those that are in SHTUCK anyway, if you still have problems then maybe your FIREWALL, SPYWARE, ROUTER are causing your problems, causing some form of blockage!
Iv'e gave you the most easiest simple video tutorial...

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS!


1st part of the Tutorial, getting SMB Samba Up & Running!
open up my computer.....


create a folder, i have made one already called Movies


right click, properties


click share this folder on network and APPLY


You will see a hand over the folder, stating it's shared!


go open up your router, dongle or whatever, click support, and it will show you your IP


if you only have your files movies, music all located via my documents, do the same above but where i have show in this pic, right click user, djdynamite! and network share like above.


Open up your mplayer config file like so, this is in the archive of my download


As i have highlighted, fill in exactly like mine your path of your folder, e.g. mine which i shown in previous pics, was Movies on (D:) drive look at the path you just type in the folders name! nothing else........once your done Save, or hit exit and save.


As you can see highlighted that is my user name of my PC


If you have a password on your User account, like my partners laptop below, i have highlighted exactly how you put in your password


This is all my shared folders on my PC on all 3 drives, you can even share your DVD RAM DRIVES etc, and look how ive put the paths into the config file, you only path the folder not the location e.g. (D:)Movies, wrong

Last step, go over to your wii, Insert your SD Card with the app and the config file on them, then open up the app in HB, it will then find paths located on config file from SD and display them in the menu, like i show in the video, Press A, and it will say, initialising Wii IP, with show IP, then it will locate your path to the PC folder/folders, and there you go your in your pc from the wii via wifi, then select whatever you want to play, Enjoy




Next is the 2nd part of the Tutorial on how to get Divx running off Data DVD through the Data Function, please follow this carefully, otherwise it wont work....


WARNING!!!! DVDX is DISABLED due to Nintendo's recent update 3.4, so you can't get DVD'S to work, unless you downgrade, etc......

Download this file DVDX, install it through the Homebrew Channel,

If your chipped, install Patchmii, if you UNMODDED, install Normal!
now once completed it will return you back to HBC.

Now go open Mplayerwii Application,

Insert a Data DVD which you may allready have or make one with a burning program of your choice.....



Make DATA DVD, drop in or select your DIVX movies/music...BURN
Now once completed a burn, or you have a disc ready to play, go over to wii and insert the disc, open up Mplayerwii
select PLAY FROM DVD, it's pretty fast, and the rate is quite good....HAVE FUN!




3rd part, Play files from SD/SDHC


[b]Simply click on the Play Files From SD, Navigate to a folder or file of your Music, Divx, and Play, Press Home To Return To Menu.....




4th Part, Play Files From USB,



MplayerWii isn't very powerful at playing files from USB, anyway it's still quite good, open up mplayerwii application shown many times above, Press Play Files From USB, then insert your USB Drive, it should find the path if it doesn't Press Home and re-press Play from USB..........

you cannot use the miltiple file uploader,you need the precentage uploader,it also shows how far you are,i can upload it for you if you want by the way!

And you noobs out there, don't ask me for the channel, its down to you, we don't always get what we ask for, DO IT YOURSELF! the tool to inject which i use, is called autoinjectuwad but there are others.. just this one is easier......

Agreed, i cant really see much clearly, i mean i couldnt even read what the folder was named

that's due to youtube making the video shit quality, it doesn't even need step by step guide, a few clicks and typing and you're set, you only need to have a quick glance at the video and your done..

why did you upload the video if there is no use for it? if it had a good quality it would help some people. i am pretty sure about that. maybe you should upload it to an other video hoster.
