Misc eShop wants me to update on 11.6

Hi, some days ago I started having an error while trying to enter eShop saying me to update the console, although I am already on 11.6.
If I try to update, it gives me an error and restarts the console.
My console is an American O3DS, with Fastboot3DS and Luma3DS installed, if that matters.
Any ideas to solve this?

Already solved, seems my custom home menu was the problem.

So I can safely use the eshop with cfw? Can I use all Original games like mii park and can I find friends ? there is so poor information about what you can do after installing cfw.. I have many questions and can`t find the answers.. I would like te transfer pokemon (ultra sun downloaded from the freeshop) with a 3ds without cfw with a Original game cart pokemon ultra sun or moon.. Is that possible, on the 3ds i put cfw there already was an Nintendo id it`s my son`s and he is affraid that we will get a ban on his Nintendo id.. I want to know more can you help me find the answers i have ? Many answers are old and out dated that makes it so difficult I think..

Yes, you can safely use eShop on any CFW console.

Yes, that`s good. I want to cfw my other 3ds but that is on the latest cfw so I need to buy a game from the store or a new flashcart to do.. i used freaky forms deluxe and I got in the homebrew menu, but I didn`t do anythin with it further.. The 3ds with cfw don`t go into sleep mode, when I close the lid it turns off.. I tried the magnet trick and it worked, but I have to be very patient becouse when the magnet get`s to close it turns the system off and when its not close enough it will go back on again..
