You can select current directory and install all cias

You can. Just go to the folder containing the CIAs, go to the folder options at the top and select install all (or install+delete CIA).

To get games as CIAs, use CIAngel. If you want to save time by downloading and installing them at the same time (MUCH faster), use FreeShop (basically everything that's on the eshop for all regions and can queue downloads).

What games would those be? Are you sure they aren't on the eshop? Very few games are cartridge only, I can name just 3 tops (WRC, Kingdom Hearts DDD and Tekken)... For cartridge-exclusives you have to find CIA dumps and neither CIAngel not FreeShop is gonna help with that. Google is your friend though

Almost half of the games you listed are still on the eshop, so you should really revise all that Also, some are DSi games I think, so let's not count those. Past that, any decent games on that list left are around 15 total...

well I go on freeshop all the time, and I recognized very few, just ones that are made better, that was the only list I found, and it was on reddit, the person took that list off of Nintendo's own site btw. and I agree,, I would say there's not even 15 that are worth a damn lmfao, more like 5-7

I was generous with the 15, lol Who even cares about Nintendogs in this day and age for example? Sure the originals on NDS were nice quirky games, but the 3DS ones serve no purpose. The ones that are decent or good are ACNL (hate it personally but oh well but eshop has only the WA version, not original), Blazblue (ok game, but you got better ones), Tekken 3D (one of the "better ones" just mentioned), Kingdom Hearts 3D (great for single playthrough but no replay value), FIFA (only decent football games on the 3DS unless you find a Japanese CIA dump of Winning Eleven), Dead or Alive Dimensions, LEGO (because those are great), Project X Zone (good for single playthrough but gets tiring, still on eshop btw), WRC (only good rally game on the 3DS but crap overall), and Samurai Warriors Chronicles (fan of the series, even if this one is crap compared to the PSP ones)...

Aren't those all fighting games? I hate fighting games lol. I liked centipede, and steel diver, heroes of ruin I beat in 10 hours or less and is a crappy version of Diablo. I installed pacman and galaga cuz why not I love arcade games and shooters, but honestly it does kinda suck lol

If talking about the ones I listed in my last post, then not really, hardly any actually! ACNL (Animal Crossing) is basically an unbelievably crappy Harvest Moon rip-off with only the stupid/annoying parts left in (eg: no farming, just stupid social interactions and improving your town), Kingdom Hearts is an fast-paced (even if it's hella slow paced compared to even KH2 that came out a decade ago) action RPG, FIFA is football and so is Winning Eleven (Japanese name of the Pro Evolution Soccer games), Project X Zone is more of a tactical RPG, LEGO is LEGO and WRC is a rally game. Only like 4 of what I mentioned are beat'em ups or brawl games... But if you are referring to the list you posted, then sure, there are a lot of CRAPPY fighting games, but still hardly 1/6th of it if not less.

well I know what kingdom hearts is,, amazingly I have never played any of them, although I have the nds one(s), don't like soccer (im American lol), when I see the youtube footage of project x zone,, it doesn't seem that cool, I'd rather play fft or something,, seems like a beat em up game to me, lego is whatever, kinda liked the nds starwars ones though, and I am not all that into racing games either,, twisted metal, or Mario kart,, that's bout it

There is either install current directory or one by one. Other than that. no there isnt a install all option. And also do make sure your SD card has the memory to hold all of what you are installing.
