There are two solutions for you:
1. Change your DNS, for example try the google dns 8.8.8.8.

2. Set an entry in hosts file in windows (works lika a "static route")
Havent read/followed the thread entirely so not sure what Windows verion you are using but the hosts file most likely resides in this path: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts)

However, if application.wiiusbhelper.com changes IP then this solution will not work of course.
