Hey, today im wondering something about my Wii U they can send Mii with the Mii Editor, and with some homebrew can just inject the data (like boot9strap) ???

I don't really think that would be possible. However, the other process (from the 3DS hacking the wiiU), probably would be possible. I don't really know much about hacking, but, if I remember correctly, the WiiU "Browser hax", from like June past year, had something to do with Mii Editor. But, I'm a noob with these things, so...

if I remember correctly, the WiiU "Browser hax", from like June past year, had something to do with Mii Editor. But, I'm a noob with these things, so...
Browserhax leverages the stagefright exploit using a malformed MP4. You're thinking of the HBL, which is injected into MiiMaker when ran. It stays there until you reboot or open Settings.
