That is my first posting, don't judge myself lol.

I trying to obtain Pokémon Ultra Sun to my 3DS. 50$ is very expensive were i live, so i proceed to Freeshop. But my internet is SLOW (aaaaaaaargh!) and after 3 fucking hours of download, i only reached 19%. So, have an way to download the .cia file from PC to my SDCard for installing on FBI? i'm desesperate to play this game, my vacations start next monday, 11.
P.S: i downloaded the game by my school computer, and here says that the file is in .7z format

Yes, simply open the .7z file and it will have the .cia inside, then copy the .cia to your 3ds' sd card and install it through FBI, but keep in mind that you will need double the space for some time (3gb for the .cia and 3gb for the installed game, then when the game is installed you can delete the .cia file).
Also please do not download warez with school computers...

If you want to install the cia you need at least 7gb of free space on your SD card
O.O
Even extracting only 3.4GB cia? Why is all this space necessary? Is there no other way? I have deleted five games from Freeshop to create space for the game. After download it from 3DS, i stay only with 0,2gb, or 200mb. :_(

If you're installing the game from your memory card you need twice the space. Enough for the game to install and enough for the install files to be on the memory card. Once it's done you can delete the CIA file as it won't be needed any longer

One thing you can do is make a backup of your SD Card, delete titles to have 7gb free to install the .cia, install the .cia and then delete it, and then merge the backup with your actual SD Card, that way you will keep all your games and have pokemon installed too
(Note: this will only work if you have enough free space left to install pokemon, 3gb iirc)

oh, okay, i will try this. only a question:
in my sdcard, not appears the game keys and titles (I think the title keys are a bunch of numbers that appear in folders). So, i copy all the sd to pc? In my console i have a old version of FBI. In what folder i paste the game? I'm bewildered.

First of all check if you have at least 3gb of free space, since if you don't have it this won't work properly.
Then make a folder anywhere, on the desktop if you want, and name it something like "3DS" just to help to know what it will contain.
Next simply put your SD Card on your computer, select all its contents and paste them (or drag them) on your "3DS" folder on your PC.
When it's finished put your SD Card on your 3DS and start deleting titles until you have at least 7gb of free space available.
Then put your SD Card back on your pc and put the .cia file on there (it can be anywhere, but for the sake of simplicity it's better if you put it on a folder called "cias" on the root of your SD Card)
Put your SD Card on your 3DS and install pokemon, and when it's finished put your SD card on your PC and drag the contents of your "3DS" folder of your PC to the root of your SD Card, overwriting if prompted.
That way you will have all your games + pokemon installed (that's why I told you to have at least 3gb of free space on your SD Card at the beggining)
