So what should i do then

You have the right to bring it back as long as you have warranty. It’s defective and I’m fairly sure you’re protected under law also

It doesn't work as advertised. It's not like it's some small inconvenience. It doesn't work as intended.

"eh, you rarely look at the right part of the screen, so these two lines of broken pixels are acceptable". Nah, get that stuff returned. don't let them cheap you out of what you're owed just because they don't want to bother with the process. They'd rather you just deal with it than them, even if it is their problem.

That being said, I have no idea what the consumer laws are like in Egypt.

I'm not sure if they have to...but you could tell them it holds you back from playing certain games.

Is it just the feel of it, or does it actually affect gameplay?

I’m fairly certain Nintendo isn’t involved in this. Go to the store and demand and refund saying the product is defective, that’s really all you can do

That sucks. If you can't return it or send it in...you'll be happy to know it's not difficult to take apart a joycon. I would advise watching some youtube vidoes on taking them apart, paying attention to the part that's a bit squiggly for you. Perhaps it's just a loose something-or-other you can tighten. Fixing it yourself will void your warranty...but it sounds like you don't really have a warranty to begin with.

I searched up your country’s law and it seems you are protected and since they aren’t taking it back you should call up the Consumer Protection agency aaa it’s your last resort

I wouldn’t see why. What I would first do is call up that store you got it from and demand a refund, clarify that it’s defective. If they say no then say to them you’re calling up The Consumer Protection Agency, they might hesitate and give you a refund. If not then call up the CPA and explain your situation

Most likely the top two screws on the joycon are a bit too tight. Very slightly loosen them up about 1/10 of a turn and that should loosen the button up.

I've gotten a couple that came with the console that were just a tiny bit too tight.
