shiny pkm actually have slightly different stat caps
even though their lower I still don't like it

soprano1 is right, gen 2 shiny stats (10 in HP) are usually much lower than non-shiny stats (15 in HP). In gen 7, I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter, especially since you can breed high IVs and get a shiny.

Could either of you look into multipliers for Mantine Surf? There's apparently a Surfing Pikachu prize when you get a high score on all the beaches; nothing too crazy, but at least something to turn a 20,000 score into a 70,000 score, please.

I doubt this can be done but I'll just pose the question. Through this plugin or any kind of game modification, can it be done where the D-pad essentially takes the role of the Circle Pad? I still don't completely like that changeover from Gen 6 and with the Mantine Surfing, I can't get the hang of the left and right moves in boosting your speed. I can do the left but the right seems to be difficult and I'm scared of fucking up the circle pad.

Yes, this could be done. While the source for ultraSuMoFramework is not available due to it not yet being publicly released by the author, the cheats are all available as GateShark codes by ymyn. Besides, CTRPF is C++ and the older plugins are C, so it's have to be re-written anyway.

LOL wtf you get that from? shinies don't have no boost in stats at all, they are just a color variation.

That only happened in Gen 2 games, I believe.

You can check it yourself. DL PKHeX and edit a shiny from gen 2. You'll notice the highest IVs are 15, but if you make that 'mon shiny, it's IVs drop. That's how they determined shiny in gen 2.

It's also going to be weird to see what happens to gen 2 shiny getting transferred to gen 7.

By the way, on topic: do these plugins work on ultra sun or they need some editing 1st?

Not yet, but it's possible. Nanquitas has been looking into an HID replacement system, so you could intercept D-Pad presses and replace them with CirclePad inputs or vice-versa.

It won't stop you from using it on Pokémon Ultra Sun but it obviously has not been tested.

its no longer legal until you change its stats
the changed stats are slighty lower
