Hacking Is this CFW website legit?

Hello Hackers!
I come from a Galaxy far, far, away (aka Nintendo Homebrew) (get it? Mario Galaxy? I just thought of that after writing it. You now hate me). I do, however have a (mostly ignored) PS3 & XBOX. But, is it possible to install jailbreaks with this website?: http://ps3jailbreakcfw.com/ps3-jailbreak
It seems kinda janky since you have to complete one of those weirdo "surveys," has anyone used this before and if so could they perhaps send me an unzipped copy or the password? Also, this website says it works on 4.81 which is suspicious to me. It also has a companion wikihow article, but still, can someone tell me if this works?

If your not on 3.55, you require a hardware downgrader (like a mod chip) to get you too 3.55 so you can install CFW on the PS3.

Unless things have changed in the past year or so. (I probably would have heard about it)

If your console is on 3.55 or lower your in luck, it's free and you can mod your PS3 with all kinds of goodies

Just search for rebug firmware and once you find that page all the information you will need is there (well mostly lol)

Darn. Thanks. I figured since I hardly ever use the PS3 it must be on a low FW, but somehow it's on the latest, so that website gave me some hopes.

Like Psio said, you need to downgrade it if it's above 3.55 and if it's a downgradable model.
