I know SUMO leaked like 10 days early last year, Do you guys think USUM will leak early as well?

or has Nintendo been more strict about this sort of thing.

Once stores start getting copies there's a chance of a leak. Nintendo can't risk shipping games at the last minute so they'll have to arrive approx 1-2 weeks before the 17th to guarantee day0 availability.

Europe usually has leaks first because there's more mom-and-pop stores with less stringent inventory controls.

In Europe games are on store shelves early sometimes even in major retailers

Major retailers usually have centralized inventory systems that locks registers from selling streetdated stuff early.
A leak will likely occur with a smaller store.

When they found out that newer games didn't work on the then available Sky3DS they found that a part of the new .3DS/.CCI files had a seed part.
If it should leak it will be an already to CIA converted CCI, but could it be possible to reuse the seed part of the CCI with the preloaded data from the eShop CDN @SciresM ?
Edit: It is in both cases 0x10 in size, can't make out what can be decrypted with it on the card side though via 3dbrew...

There will always be a leak as long as demand for it is high, especially on what's probably the hugest release out of the entire console library!:P

However, the bans will also come for sure, so prepare lots of popcorn and constantly refresh 4chan and reddit from as soon as the bans start for maximum satisfaction! What's better than waiting for a game to release so you can play safely without risking bans while having all those idiots who complain they got banned for pirating leaked copies and playing online as entertainment?:rofl2:

That's certainly not always the case, the online store I usually use, as they have good prices and I almost always get games 1-2 days early, only get games in stock 3 or 4 days before release. Big retailers might get it sooner I suppose, but they're also less likely to leak it.
