Homebrew My 3ds apps "disappeared" after deleting CHMM! Help Me Please!

Hi guys, I have a BIG problem! I used CHMM 2 theme manager for my themes on my OLD 3DS XL hacked with boot9strap Sys 11.6! I tried to install a new theme manager, Andromeda 3ds. It worked fine, so I deleted the cia of CHMM (going to settings and Software 3ds like every downloaded game and app). But after this, I returned in menu and now EVERYTHING DISAPPEARED!! O.O Every track of modding, except for pre-installed 3ds apps, like eshop, settings and FBI "inside" the healt app! The other games and apps desappeared! WHY????? I have still them in the software 3ds inside settings, so I didn't loose them FOREVER! They are still there, the occupied space is there too! But I can't see them in my menu! If I open my 3ds pressing START at launch I can enter in Goodmode9, so the boot9strap hacking is still inside, even for Luma3DS I think but I don't see the app like the installed game too!
What has happened and How can I fix that problem without loosing everything? PLEASE HELP ME! Thank you so much but I'm getting Mad :'(

Try deleting home menu extdata

1. 1. If this worked, you should clear Home Menu’s extdata by navigating to the following folder on your SD card: /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/
      • EUR Region: Delete 00000098
      • JPN Region: Delete 00000082
      • USA Region: Delete 0000008f
      • CHN Region: Delete 000000A1
      • KOR Region: Delete 000000A9
      • TWN Region: Delete 000000B1

Sounds like the tickets got removed for whatever reason. How did you delete CHMM 2? I recommend always uninstalling stuff with FBI. Anyway, install TikShop. It'll restore all the tickets for your retail titles. You'll have to manually reinstall all of your homebrew CIAs.

Thank you for answer! I can't Install tikshop i think... I deleted like normal games, like I always did... I don't know how to unistall with FBI without cia...
Anyway I tried to install again Andromeda 3ds and I had an error, so I think, maybe I can't install new things...
I try to delete that folder 00000098 ... Hoped I don't break my 3ds

If you got FBI within your H&S you can still install .cias without any issues

To delete titles from within FBI you go to "Titles", find and select the title you want to remove, and choose "Delete Title and Ticket".

EDIT:
I deleted 000098 folder and now the theme I had installed disappeared... It created the folder again... But not still worked
I tried a thing: launch FBI from health app, then titles, Kid Ikarus (1 of the many games I had). It worked!!! So I have still him! But when I pressed HOME i had this error! : "The game card was removed. Press any button to reboot.

Ok please, help me. Can you explain how to install tikshop and how to use? I don't want to "delete" but to "reactivate" them. The only thing I have is FBI bacause inside heath app. Maybe I can download that app from there?

You could try installing this from inside FBI or use the 3dsx one. https://github.com/DanTheMan827/TIKdevil/releases
This will install every ticket you got the installed game of to the system if memory serves. But i'm not sure if it also does homebrew ones. If it doesn't you'll just have to reinstall them.

Also a lot of people don't seem to know that you can run homebrew on B9S/Luma with nothing installed. Just open download play, open rosalina menu (L+Down+B) misc options, switch hb.app to current app. Then close download play and reopen it and it'll open your homebrew. Of course you'll need the 3ds folder and apps in it and the boot file.
So if FBI install doesn't work you can access tikdevil from homebrew.

Sounds like your SD card is full or your SD card is corrupted. Given the other errors i'm going to guess your SD card is (partially) corrupted. Insert it into your PC and backup anything you can now.

Yeah, it is a bit corrupted because everytime i put in my PC It says it needs to be analyzed but then it failed.
Ok , but It still worked everytime! I had this problem just now when I uninstalled the CHMM app. Is just a coincidence?
What can I do now? Just copy all in another SD? It will work?
I had emunand in past (not now) and I knew I can't just copy all from SD to another with a specific program
If I put SD on my PC I can read it, so it's strange...

Fortunaly I have my Wii U card 128 GB (the same of my 3ds). I'm formatting that card and copy all the 3ds card content there, is that ok??
What have I to do then?

if you cant copy the data off your original sd card you will need to reinstall all your cia's again

Make sure to format the 128gb SD as FAT32 before you copy the files onto it.

We don't know. Just copy everything from your SD to pc, get a new SD. Put the files on it. You might've lost the majority of your files or you might've only lost a small amount. If they still don't show up i'd try deleting the extdata folder mentioned earlier again. If that doesn't work try tikdevil.

He won't. So long as he doesn't format the system itself he can copy the contents to any SD he wants and use it without any extra steps so long as it's formatted properly.
