I wonder how could I transfer my date from my old 3DS to my new 3DS. Since my NNID is on my o3DS and I wan't it to be on my n3DS.

My old 3DS is on the firmware 11.2.0-35U on its emuNand and on 9.2 on its sysNand.
My new 3DS is on the firmware 11.1.0-34U without any CFW(custom firmware).

I do have an access to the homebrew with Cubic Ninja, but I'm sure that SoundHax work too with it.

The question I'm asking is:
How can I transfer my o3DS to get my NNID on my n3DS with the help of the homebrew if it's possible?

In any case, I will use an R4 on my n3DS to install a CFW. So to proceed, I would like to have my NNID on my new 3DS.

When you do a system transfer also the NNID should copy from the starting to the destination console

Make sure both systems are on the current firmware and then do a system transfer.

Since you have an R4 im guessing you already have it setup for NTRBOOTHAX?

Ok, so I only need to have on both console a CFW at the latest firmware and then I'll be good. Is it what I need to do?

Do you actually want the games transferred or just the NNID?
Because if you only want the NNID, you can actually call Nintendo to remove it from your old3DS. Which will in turn allow you to add it to your new3DS.

I hope I'm not hijacking your thread, but I thought it might go along with questions that are being answered

As far as system transfers goes, how do you transfer freeshop CIA's with their game saves? It has to be different steps, because CIA's arent synced with you NNID

What about just the game saves from the CIA? I think that would the most important part

you need a savemanager to do that. it wont work via systemtransfer because you dont have a license for the pirated games and therefore no transfer of them or saves

Backup your saves to be safe

But system transfer will transfer the installed data but will not transfer ticket data, so it’s possible to transfer everything and reinstall ticket data then have it work again.

Still to be safe backup the saves Incase it does not work

Got it. Thank you for the quick feedback. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the steps would be to:

1. Get a save manager and back up game save data on device 1
2. install ntrboot on device 2
3. system transfer from device 1 to device 2 after ntrboot (this is to transfer NNID)
4. reinstall CIA's (using the same CIA previous downloaded should be fine, right?)
5. reinstall save manager and upload backed up game saves
6. Reboot (I'm assuming)

What save manager would you recommend for PKMN X/Y/Sun/Moon? Those are the only games I'm attempting to keep my game saves for
