Welcome to Nintendo Switch Retail Games Essentials! This is where you can support your favorite game(s) and recommend them to others. This provides a list to those looking for a new game, or for people who just bought the Switch. Let's have some rules!

Spoiler: Rules (PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING)

1. Do not vote for unreleased games! These votes will be disregarded, as well as any other votes in the same post. I will also carefully look at the rest of your posts. This is just common sense, hence why it is rule #1!
2. Separate your games by release medium! This means don't list NEOGEO games with Breath of the Wild. Separate your eShop exclusives from Retail games.
3. Don't vote for the same game twice! I will try my best to monitor who votes for what games, but I cannot promise I will keep it 100% accurate. Please keep track of your votes, and make sure to let me know if somebody double voted. (I won't take it too hard if you double vote, unless it is recurring)
4. Stay on-topic! This is supposed to be a list of games that we as a community would recommend. Don't debate whether or not Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a lazy port (Just an example) here, there are other places to do that. If you really want to argue, there is the shoutbox, IRC, or PMs.
5. You cannot downvote games! If you don't like a game, don't vote for it. It's as simple as that. You can, however, cancel your vote for a game as long as you quote the original vote. (You cannot cancel others' votes.)
6. Include the full title of the game! Don't vote for a game titling it: "Mario". There is Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. I don't know what you are referring too.

Zelda BOTW,
Splatoon 2 (I don't have the game but I played the demo when it launched.)
Shovel Knight Treasure Trove looks neat. I played it on my 3ds since I can't download the game on my Switch. Still played the definitive version though.
Retro City DX. Played it on 3ds first but would buy it on nintendo switch.

im not kidding i actualy like the ame besides the ps2ish graphics (wich look kinda retro and its an indie game in full 3d wich is rare) the game is actualy enjoyable, im mid way through it on the switch and i havent seen anything major and im liking it tbh.

i find it insulting my vote for troll and i isnt counted and yet the OP has a vote for vroom in the night sky wich is 10 times worst than it lol.

I've been playing ranked matches and its amazing, Believe it or not Zelda has not even touched the system yet........ I will be back

+1 FAST RMX. Just bought it and its a great game I'm lovin it! I didn't purchase this title at first because of having it on the WiiU even though it got raving reviews otherwise but I do notice that the developers bring some really good new updates for this game for free and with the latest v1.3 update I had to buy it also with 36 tracks and online play this is one hell of a good deal in my opinion for just £16.99p... off e-shop.
