Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back gets launch date, physical release

Hopefully, everyone's been keeping a watchful eye on 2017's most anticipated video game revival, Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back. Accolade will be bringing this revival to PlayStation 4 and PC later this year, on October 31, perhaps a fitting holiday. The game will also be getting a limited edition retail version, through GameStop and Amazon, which will cost $39.99, and come with the game, the soundtrack, a Bubsy business card, and lastly, a postcard, which amusingly shipped with the original Bubsy game, back in 1993.

Yikes, looks like a fun platformer, but there'd better be a way to turn off Bubsy's commentary.
There's only an option to raise the volume of his voice and once you raise it up you can't put it down unless you reinstall the game...which also means you will need to restart your game file.

Everyone and even their pets make physical release of their games but SEGA is too cheap to produce physical copies of the best Sonic game ever created. I hate SEGA.

How is this evening happening! They must have been completely drunk when they approved this project :grog:
It's a bit of a weird franchise to be revived, but the first game was actually pretty good, and it had some great music.
Looking forward to this.
I want this game to be great like the first two. This art style is really giving me a different idea though. It looks so off. That special edition may be picked up by me though. :P
Bubsy 2 was pretty mediocre TBH and it just went downhill from there. The Jaguar game (Bubsy in Fractured Furry Tales) could have been good but it controlled like ASS. And let's not even mention Bubsy 3D.
The first game was pretty good though.

I don't care about the release date of the game, tell me the release date of the JonTron review.

Also, why does Bubsy, when saying the name of the game at the end of the trailer, sound so irritated with himself? BUBSY! It's like a frustrated pet owner talking to a disobedient cat who just won't stop doing something stupid.

Its a shame they don't do a Nintendo Switch release, now that would of been the right thing to do from the developers to give it back its original home with Nintendo :(

I don't think this will get great reviews when it is released, it looks a bit cheap & nasty tbh! it may of been for the best not getting a Switch release by the looks of the video..

i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
