For people that have devices like the 4s and the IPod 5, they mostly just want to downgrade for performance so it can be usable. Right now they are still trying to make these devices jailbroken with:A lot of people are downgrading to 8.4.1 for some reason. I get that it performs better, but app compatibility must be so low now. 9.3.5 runs okay on my iPad 3.
Yalu841 does exist but it's unfinished and not in a usable state.
