I need help. I am trying to extract Final Fantasy Dissidia Duodecim 12 but everytime I copy the iso it does not appear and the psp says there is no game in the external memo. There is no ISO folder appearing either. I made one with Caps ISO. I downloaded it in emuparadise.

When i extracted the .iso file it said broken *.iso file
Help I want to play dissidia duodecim 12

current firmware 6.61
I have just bought it today and hasnt been hacked or anything
I dont know what I should do first

Alright much better. So you say that you downloaded the file okay but one problem, your psp in not on CFW (custom firmware).
I dont know what I should do first
You should start out with hacking your PSP which is easier than making a sandwich so long as you have a computer and wire to connect the two.
current firmware 6.61
I haven't been on this version but with Pro CFW you should be able to just put the files onto your PSP from your computer followed by installing it on your PSP.
For firmware 6.61 you can get it HERE.
Just drag the files into the root of your PSP memory stick--->Open app on psp called PROUPDATE--->Install Custom Firmware--->Bingo. Now this CFW is not permanent so upon every reboot your PSP does, you would need to go back to the apps on your PSP--->Open Fastrecovery---> and you will be back into CFW.

For iso you downloaded you will have to create an iso folder called "iso" on your Memoery stick and drag the files there which will be recognized by the system.

Yeah thanks I just have done that. With the ISO game it does not extract to a single ISO file. It just seprates into 2 files. . The file extracted now (suppose to be .iso) becomes 2 file. One is .data_bin and other is PSP_Game folder

are you extracting a .rar files or .iso file. if you are extracting a .rar file does it show instead that it has a .iso file?

dont extract anything from the rar file. that rar file IS your ISO file.

so what should I do then? did you mean dont extract WinRARarchive.ISO? so just put it in ISO folder?
No you don't need to. If it is "insert-game-name-here.ISO" You just drag that iso into your iso folder. It only shows as a winrar archive because you opened that file type with winrar.

yes. If it has .ISO or .CSO, it just gets placed in the ISO folder. only extract if its a .RAR or ZIP file.
Ok thanks. Will try that now. :)

It still says where he got it from. :ninja:

To assist, that site uses some modifications to the files to compress the iso lot more than just putting it in a archive, they also should have the software to revert it to a useable state.

After you get the standard iso file (Which should be over 1GB) just put it inside the iso folder on the psp, it should work then. Look up on google how to uncompress iso from the site you got it from.

They do the same for playstation games and some tool ecm or whatever is called needed to revert it to functional state.
