ROM Hack Tales of the Abyss 3DS? (US CIA)

I have been having the hardest time trying to find this game in an English format, I considered buying a copy of this game, but I'm lucky if I can find a lose copy for less then $40, it's not on the freeshop (unless I learn Japanese) and was wondering if anyone know where to look?

I did, to no prevail, either the file is too large or its a horrible port.

well i kinda remember the game's size is like over 1 GB, so if you have a slow speed internet connection try to download it using jdownloader or megadownloader
