Hey guys I have a question about transferring my old data from my o3dsxl to my n3dsxl
I have a bunch of cias on my old 3ds that I made a backup of the micro sd to my computer a million times, I just got a n3dsxl on b9s with 8.1 luma and wanted to know if I can copy and paste the old Nintendo 3ds folder that contains my cias from my o3dsxl to my n3dsxl because downloading all of them would take forever and I was told I could if I used Tikshop (sp?) but I've been out of the loop since last november and not sure if that changed cia files in a way.

My old 3dsxl had a9lh+luma was on 11.2 at the time

Installed titles are encrypted per console, so no (unless you dumped the moveable.sed before it bricked).

I don't think that will work. You should ask the store if you would be allowed to do a system transfer. And anyway if you don't, you won't be able to hack the N2DSXL.

Without a system transfer the “Nintendo 3DS” folder from the o3DS is useless, because it could be read by the o3DS only, so it’s no use copying that on the SD card you’ll put in the n3DS.
As for re-downloading all the games, didn’t you keep the CIAs on your PC?

The ticket lets you redownload from the eShop. You would delete the ticket if you thought it was corrupted or you wanted to purchase the game.

If you inject the moveable.sed into the N3DS it will be able to read the contents of the Nintendo 3DS folder from the old 3DS. However you will need to have dumped it before the console bricked. You can't get it out of a NAND backup without the system working.

So just today I installed Luma and GW on my previously only GW o3DS XL and noticed that my sd got reeeeally slow, in both transfering files between pc and sd card and installing cia. any help?

You can install JKSM using devmenu.3ds which you can find on the web.
