Personal conversation with one of the tweeters, they do not know if they will be able to do anything with the kernel, they will NOT make the kernel public for obvious reasons, and they most likely are not be able to implement anything via screenshot signing due to ASLR. No I will not post screen shots and no I will not say who told me so take my word for it or dont. This is as of yesterday 7-14

I don't even care about kernel. All I care is about fun of having Switch, not "Day-one" hacks which will not see light and will probably never be released.

Dumping the Kernel is a major step! The Wii U didn't make any major progress for almost two years; but the Switch has made a huge amount in one step, only in 5months!

To be honest, this is a huge step. So we should be hype; it only opens the door for exploits to take place.

Was it public though? I am talking about Homebrew and exploits, not particularity Kernel Dumps. In that case though, I think it took a year or so. But the Switch is making far faster progress.

I know who they're. They're reliable source but unreliable in terms of releasing stuff, like every other dev that hacked the console "first day" (Team 0verflow hacked Wii U day-one, still haven't even released a single thing for example)
