I edited my post. Please try the steps I mentioned and report back.

After putting the newest 7-10-2017 package back on my sdcard with the code.bin from 7-8-2017, it works again.

Do not use bin and ips together. That might be the problem, if you did that (idk).
Otherwise its some kind of bug? You might want to raise an issue on github.

how do you fix the ips issue? On github, they thought you are using original code.bin for generating IPS, is that true?

i dont know anymore. i might have done a mistake, or not. but now its working flawlessly.

I have a problem, I put the files in the folder and all that stuff but i also have a cheat for the game, when i open the game with the cheat the screen goes black and gives me a screen with a lot of numbers

yep, its not compatible with cheat (ntr) plugins.

Great. You are on the safe side with deleting the folder and replacing it with the new package.

for all cheaters out there...
i can use the cheats provided by a .plg with ntr selector (3.5), but the cheats aint working. i dk if its because of patch 1.2 or the translation.
can anyone provide me with a working .plg for 1.2?

Thing is some of those cheats don't work either. I tried the all characters code and didn't work then I tried the all characters favor maxed code and that didn't work either. The coin codes work though.

I did. Entered character select in Ultimate Heroes Mode. Didn't work. Went to the favor menu and nothing had changed. They don't work.

How does the cheater work? I extract the .plg file from speedfly-3ds-trainer-v20170711.zip and paste it into the plugin folder of the root of my sd. I have ntr cfw 3.5. Other plugin if they work perfectly
