What does this have over Sudomemo?

I can't connect on my DSi XL. I set the proxy to ds.freenote.ml and port to 80, and it just gives me the error "Could not gather data. Error code: 340613." Is this because I am trying to sign on with my DSi that has been previously connected to Sudomemo?

Terribly Sorry, I believe Freenote was down that day. It should work now. I also recommend using port 8080.

Nothing currently, however our new PHP server is almost done. It will be vastly superior to Sudomemo.

Can I connect to freenote through 3ds? I have the original flipnote on my 3ds, thanks to an ISO site...

Alright, I guess i'll shed some light on this thread, which has been dead for two and a half weeks now.
Right now, Freenote is just running an instance of pbsds's hatena-server.
A wicked new server was being worked on with new features, but that isn't happening for a while.
So, for now, progress is just about making a new transition server to move away from hatena-server.
If you want to keep up, go on the Freenote Discord, all the discussion happens there.
That's all I really have to say.

Can you reshare the invite to that server, but make it permanent?

Is this server still up and running? I have made multiple attempts to connect using ports 80 and 8080, while I fail to connect and am given the same “Could not gather data” error. Since the discord appears to be closed for joining, there isn’t really much information on what has happened. Can anybody else currently connect properly?

Because pbsds shutdown, We decided to make a new server with 100% creative freedom!
We just ask that you post anything sexual in the filth channel.
The only rule is that you cannot break any US laws.
We are still in public beta so expect more to come.

Mail (Questionable if even possible.)

We have implemented:
Posting of flipnotes.
Posting comments as flipnotes. (For quick and easy art making )

Hey just a heads up! I'm able to connect but i can no longer browse flipnotes? I get the "could not gather data" error but with the same id as the "cannot connect" one. A day or two ago the first flipnote had a really high number of stars and the second newest had the same amount but negative. (the number of the stars was 2147483555 just in case you needed it) and about a week before that flipnotes just stopped posting. The halt in posting could've just been a miraculous stop within everyone at the same time but I doubt it.

As to my knowledge, the only way to do this is now is to use a patch, just like Sudomemo needs, and that is USA only. The owner hasn't been online for nearly a year, so you can assume that he will not be posting here anymore.

You need a DSI with Flipnote Studio. A patched version of the Ugoku Memo Chou Viewer ROM would work on an R4 in a DS, however it would be a specialty job to patch it. It is unlike any other DS ROM.

Yeah, especially since you cant use proxy in a ds. That'll be the day.
