PS4 Games Now Available on PS Now

PS Now, Sony's game streaming service, was originally hosting PS3 games only. However, last month Sony announced the PS4 games will be coming to PS Now...and now they have! Sony have added 20 PS4 games to the PS Now service which are available to stream now. The game list is as follows:
  • Killzone Shadow Fall
  • God of War 3 Remastered
  • Saints Row IV: Re-Elected
  • WWE 2K16
  • Tropico 5
  • F1 2015
  • Darksiders II Deathinitive Edition
  • Evolve
  • MX vs ATV Supercross Encore
  • Resogun
  • Helldivers
  • Broken Age
  • Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition
  • Grim Fandango Remastered
  • Guilty Gear Xrd Sign
  • Castlestorm Definitive Edition
  • Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky
  • Arcania Complete Tale
  • Nidhogg
  • Super Mega Baseball

Now those without a PS4 (and a semi-decent internet connection :P) can start to enjoy some of the offerings of the PS4 without even having to own one! While the game list is a little...eh, Sony has mentioned that they have over 100 different publishers who are adding games to the PS Now service, so hopefully more PS4 exclusives become available for those to play.

Along with this news, Sony is also bringing back the 1 year subscription price of $99.99, or the "intro month" price of $9.99 for just 1 month.

The minimum for PS Now is 5mbps. If you can't get a 5mbps for $20 a month, you must live in the middle of nowhere.
Well, he asked for minimal issues, not the minimal speed. Input delay would probably be intolerable at 5mbps, especially if anyone else was using the connection at the same time.

Also, most places are monopolized in regards to their ISP. You're lucky to get options in the US at all now, let alone the option for a less expensive provider.

Where is Persona 5?

Keeping an eye out for Persona 5 and nothing else.

Waiting for Persona 5 as well. Not understanding what the confusion is. If I can throw Sony a tenner for a month to play Persona 5 or some other PS4 only title (I remember using my free 7 day trial to play Asura's Wrath.) then I'm game. Albeit it's going to be a while before we see some new titles. I'm already paying for my 90 Mbps internet connection so speed isn't an issue.

(At the moment Killzone and God of War seem to be the only PS4 games I'd be interested in. The PS3 collection has gained some great titles as well.)

Streaming is the one of the worst things that can happen to gaming.
We can't give up modding, control, and physical copies in favor of a convenience feature. It's absurd.
Translation: Accessibility and convenience that in no way hinders standard game distribution is bad!

how exactly is taht in any way a bad thing? you arent giving up anything. if you dont want to use the service, dont. there's no reason for people who want this kind of service not to be able to have it.

But it DOES hinder standard game distribution.

How exactly is quoting a nearly 4 year old video containing exclusively speculation and baseless assumptions proof of streaming being a hindrance. Streaming will NEVER be good enough to be mainstream. there will always be demand for physicical copies. You're disregarding how those supposed problems streaming will cause have never happened, and how unlikely they are to happen, and how useful it actually is to people who cant afford a ps3/ps4.

i wonder who is using this. is someone out there who is into this?
Currently pc and Xbox fanboys who think renting a game at 720p on PC is better than buying the whole licence of a game and being able to playing it whenever you want with no extra fee's on the hardware it was intended for.
