Hacking CompC's amiibo Cards!

Hi all! I skimmed through all 51 pages of this thread and did not find a full set of these with the original amiibo box artwork. Did I actually miss a link to them somewhere on here? Anyway, I created a new template of these cards- for the PVC cards. The outline shows the edges of the PVC, just added .60 in more for bleed (Will remove outline when I upload these). I have HQ/Original amiibo artwork for all characters except for Diddy Kong. I couldn't find a(n) HQ version of Wario without a background, so I removed it as best as I could; I am not a Pro PS user, I'm barely learning.

Is there anything I should change/add to this before I finish them all? Is the text too big or just fine? Do you guys even want this or should I not worry about posting these on here? Please let me know!

I think they have all been done with nearly-original box art, but we're always happy to see variations of these custom cards. Please post them.
On a sidenote... Although Diddy Kong is missing (haven't seen one here either), there are several of the other HQ renders that are different from the actual boxart. The Waluigi you posted, Donkey Kong, and Wario (below) are also examples of the HQ renders being different from the final boxart.

You are right about them being different from the box art, but at least they're the same pose. Regarding Diddy Kong, I made 3 different versions with HQ images I found.
On a side note, I totally noobed out and forgot to check the collection of @EmanueleBGN before I started. I saw that he has already done these, but since I already invested a bit of time I will change the design slightly to make them look a bit more simplistic. Should have all of them done this afternoon.

Yep. There are several that are slightly different. In the grand scheme of things, though, it's not a big deal. The end product looks great either way.

I'm really loving these cards! So far I've made:
entire smash collection
Entire Zelda collection
Entire SMB collection
Entire Splatoon collection
A few various ones like shadow mewtwo and shovel knight

I'm considering doing the animal crossing as well.

Okay, I did hair drier, screwdriver, broken knife, hair drier, drill, hold it and hit bottom with a hammer, another different bigger broken knife, i checked if it was working, (it was) I tried to cut bottom back and forth, got steroid paper cut, ( working) try to pry from cut.... I think I'm pretty much finished with these. When I was working on the Boo card I really liked the dark look to it, so I wondered how the rest of the cards would look with the same treatment. I really enjoyed the dark cards, it makes the character names pop out more and gives them a "neon" look to them. Let me know what you guys think and if I should change anything!

There are two sets for both dark and standard versions. One is precisely 85.5mm x 54mm (credit card sized) and the other has around a 5mm bleed on all sides.



P.S. I'm missing HQ renders of Gold/Silver Mario. When I get those I will upload them. I also ran into an issue with the shine on the letters for both gold/silver. Can anybody give me any tips on how to make that happen?

I think you've done a very nice job. My only suggestion is to review your font choice (see my post here). The font that looks the closest to the original is "MarioFontv3Remakefull.ttf".

Although mine has changed a little since posting, you can have a look at my "Gold" Mario concept HERE. I used several techniques to get it how I liked it, but primarily it was manually adjusting a gradient overlay, in Photoshop. My final text renders looked like the ones HERE.

There is no "official" gold and silver Mario renders. The best I found I used to create these, HERE.
