Since the korok mask high lights where they are hidden, do you think the meda mask highlights shrines or shrine switches?

I am thinking the champions pack allows you to switch to the champions skills and abilities. And/Or perhaps plays as them in a side quest. Each one getting thier own side quest and dungeon(s).

While thier ambiios summon them like you can wolf link.

So GODDAMN PISSED ....
If the second DLC Pack is just a friendly little game of
Find the parrot so he can "sing" you a new cutscene ....

On the other hand it would be cool to resurrect the
Champions to have more interactions with them ....
We will see ....

Hoping champions let you relive their endeavors from when they got chose to when they tamed the beast. But i hope its not JUST that... Im hoping they had to do some questation, maybe go through a dungeon or 2(note i said dungeon not shrine cuz yeah... Ive had enough of those).

Would be infinitely more epic if you could run the whole world of the past with them abd their skills. Goron rolling , bowling over baddies, Rito soaring, Zora swimming. No paraglider but maybe gerudo(aka the most human one) could just have higher jumps or polevaulting with a spear.

But its probably not THAT extensive. er not overhype

Or better yet, Play a Pre-Cataclysm Hyrule where you train with the champions. OR be the champions. My bet is one of those.

Raoming the clear Hyrule skies as Rivali might be super dope
if they don't give the abilities a hefty stamina price you have to pay ....

If this "trial of the sword" thing is a fleshed out mode with some replay value, I'll be a happy camper. I don't care at all for the sword boost it gives you, I just would like an Eventide Island-style mode to play around with, with each run becoming harder and harder with better rewards and materials at the end. By the end, I want something like 8 guardians and a Silver Lynel coming at me at once! Am I asking too much?

For the cost of it, it doesn't seem all that worth it. But thats just my opinion. I am hoping that there will be even more stuff that they have not mentioned yet.

If they expanded the map a bit and added a bunch more stuff then I would see it as worth it.

Yes, it will be for Wii U as well, I'm actually a prophet (peace be upon me), so trust me.
No idea what DLC 2 could be. Playing the champions pre-Ganon would be nice but I'd rather have a small new story like Hyrule is restored 10 years later (-> new sidequests within the Castle) but Link has to fight enemy invasions.
Or he is in 3-day cycle again and has to stop sth (maybe not a moon falling down this time).

I'm really interested in that story DLC. I wanted a post-Ganon story, but something before Ganon is cool too. I mostly just want to see what Hyrule looks like before it was wrecked, though I'm sure that'd be too much to ask.

I just hope the Amiibos don't offer a lot for their money. I don't want to pay 20€ and download the DLC just to find out that I can't access some of it.
It has really gotten out of hand in my opinion. Originally I thought all Link/Mario/etc Amiibos would have the same functionality. That was even one of Nintendo's argument (at least that's how I perceived it) to calm people who predicted that it would lead to spending money endlessly.
