This isn't a physical release, right?

I guess this going be a thing from now on. Imagine cross play overwatch.
I dunno if cross-play will really catch on. Psyonix seems to be having a proprietary implementation that they're going to use across all platforms for Rocket League. And Xbox has been doing Xbox Live cross-play with Windows 10 for a while in some games. I really do hope that more companies start offering cross-play between systems, though.

I don't think it's been stated either way, but other systems got a physical release that also included most of the cosmetic DLC released in the first year or so. Wouldn't be surprised if the Switch got the same.

I'm a little concerned that they didn't mention anything about split-screen. They said local multiplayer, but that could just mean system linking. They did say it included all the features from the other versions, though, so maybe I'm worried over nothing.
