damn. i'm getting closer. i am able to flash with alpha 0.3 now but i get stuck on "waiting for ntag..." it says connected and amiibombinuo installed.

weird when ambuino is not found it recognizes the ntags right away

Does it work with amiibomb v0.3 ?? Because it says CH340G in the Description. Do i have to use v0.2?

should work just fine you might have to use xloader to flash the firmware is all.

My NTAG's are out for delivery today. Sounds like 0.3 is having problems for everyone? Does anyone have it properly writing?

don't know if this helps, but when using the arduino ide, my rfic522 doesn't work below 19000 baudms or whatever they are called.

It's working for me. I am using a legit Audrino uno not a clone and 25mm ntags if that helps

alpha 0.3 is working now with arduino with ch340 chip but:
1. flashed alpha 0.2 hex with xloader
2. tried only reading and writing tags.

Hm, I was able to successfully flash my official Arduino UNO using the internal flasher and xloader, both worked well. I just created a wolf link for the first time using amiibomb, seemed to write ultra fast, that's awesome! I did notice something though, in the appdata editor for the wolf link, the wolf link bin that I have that spawns a 20 heart wolf in BotW only reads as having completed level 6 inside of the appdata editor, but it does read as 20 heart. Is 6 the minimum level of completion to get the 20 heart wolf link?

It is quick. So quick I was questioning if it even flashed anything lol.
I have a wolf link max level and hearts that works as expected.
I then spoofed it and it rest it's level to 6 and set hearts to 3 I believe which I didn't realise until I used it in the game and I only got 3 heart wolf link.
I then tried to edit it as write it back thinking it would work as the game would edit the amiibo but I realised later it's a feature to be added.
The weird thing is I summoned my known working 20 heart wolf and then used the 3 heart wolf after that but got the 20 heart...

So I just built mine and it seems to have problems reading the NFC tags that I got. I purchased these ones from DHGate and it is stuck at Waiting for Ntags. It reads the other ones that came with the R3 just fine, but unfortunately they are not NTAG215.

Tried with .02 and .03 alpha

are you trying to write to the tags, also make sure you dont have the tag on the reader until it tells you to place on the reader.

Yes I'm trying to write to them. I don't put the tag on the reader until it tells me to, and it doesn't register at all. However it registers immediately when I use the NTAG that came with the R3 (that is not 215) so there must be something wrong with reading these cards that I got today. Someone in the past page also had the same problem.

I ordered my cards off DHGate and they are the plastic white rectangles instead of the stickers, I wonder if that is a problem. I am going to try to place an order off Amazon for some more and see if I have different results.

try moving the tag around on the reader, i got the round stickers as they are lighter and takeup less room

Yeah I ordered 20x stickers off Amazon so we'll see how that goes. I've really tried everything to get these card ones to read, but I think I'm having the same problem as user DjoeN on page 19. Sad because I bought 100x for $40 and none are working.

i'm having the same isse except it won't read the card it came with neither. not sure if the issue is the reader or the cards. just stuck on waiting.

check your connections/solder joints. make sure you have the cables going to the right spots on each device.

Thanks. I finally made one. I had to push the pins in hard. I didnt solder but the connection to the board seems fine

Okay just got the ones off Amazon and the ntags are working better, but now when I try to write an NTAG it says:


"C:\Users\ZX\Desktop\Cutting\Amiibo\Super Smash Bros\Captain Falcon.bin" is patched.
"C:\Users\ZX\Desktop\Cutting\Amiibo\Super Smash Bros\Captain Falcon.bin" is send to AmiiBombuino.

Error occured: ERROR Data: Error in communication.

Does this mean I misconnected something or the solder is improper?

Just tried with V.02 instead and it seemed to work just fine!

i got it Working with 0.2 on an Win7x64 at work (i ordered the right cards now as it was stated here- not the ones that came with the NFC r/w)

i wrote 5 cards with different Zelda Amiibos without any problems

Now i wanted to rewrite them with different stuff at home but i cant get it working here.... (tried with one X64 Win7 and one X64 Win10)
I can read the Cards i wrote at work without problems, but i cant rewrite them :-(

I tried 0.2 and 0.3 version, an i reflashed the Ammiibomuino several times to the the ELEGOO uno R3.
The cards can be rewritten several times ???

i get this error:

"C:\AmiiBomb_0.3_Alpha\DUMP\Wolf Link (20 Hearts, Cave of Shadows Beaten, B40).bin" is send to AmiiBombuino.

Error occured: ERROR Data: A MIFARE PICC responded with NAK.
