Is there a way for me to play mario kart with cheats or to use a save with a 100% completion?

Cheats aren't supported yet.
Yes, you can use a 100% save, just place it in the same folder as the ROM, and make sure the save filename is the same as the ROM, but with .sav instead of .nds.

I installed TWLoader and TWL-NAND side by scanning the first two QR codes of this thread. I put the DSP .3dsx on the root of the microsd card of my 3ds. However, clicking add games just yields two black screens. Sometimes I get an error screen. Sometimes my screen goes black, but the sounds are still there. I can move around using the buttons, and it seems like I go back to the home screen.

What can I do? I surfed a little and saw somewhere that this isn't compatible with emunand, is that true?

I just want to use this to play my DS games on my flashcard (R4iSDHC dual core) with a faster clock speed. Is there another way to do so, if this isn't compatible with emunand?

It's compatible with EmuNAND, actually. You just need to install TWLNAND side to both Sys and EmuNANDs.

You getting a white screen after the DS boot screen?
Yeah, when I go into the TWLoader menu and try to choose supercard dsone it is also greyed out.
I did however just get Forwarder3-DS to launch Pokemon Heart Gold just now... so there is hope.

Grayed out? You're using the gray color in TWLoader, so that doesn't mean the flashcards are not usable.

I was afraid of that, was thinking that once I reached the list that starts with DSTT and goes down to Supercard DSONE I'd be able to choose there... I'll continue to tinker and update if I discover my error.
Could it be my "Rom path"? If I choose "Flashcard INI location" it then asks for a path, but my files are on the root of the Supercard's SD. It then just reboots and lists only the #DS SD card.

Delete settings.ini, start TWLoader, change game location to flashcard, then select "Add Games".

My DSi recognized the Card.
Use the "DSTT/R4i-SDHC/etc." pack.
Press START, change game location to flashcard, then select "Add Games".
