Did I do something wrong lol because I downloaded the latest 3dsx on and put it in the "3ds" part of my folder and when I try to start it up the bottom screen stayshot red and the top screen looks all glichy. Just wondering if I missed something for it.

I'm using doodlebomb for homebrew on 11.4, and I don't have a way to install it unless if someone knows a working fbi for homebrew.

You need to update the payload

I still don't know what I'm doing wrong, I put the 3dsx file in the 3ds part of my folder, I have updated my otherapp.bin file and updated the starter pack of homebrew and this happens every time I start it. Either I'm missing something super small or this just doesn't want to work for me lol

o3ds or n3ds?

Have you tried any other homebrew? That error looks like its because you haven't updated the payload

Is 8 still the max number of themes to shuffle through for this one?

(If it could shuffle between more than 8 themes, then I would definitely switch over)

Do I have to name one of these a specific thing and put it on the root of my sd card or in my 3ds folder?

neither, it goes in hblauncherloader folder named exactly as is, which is on the root of the sd card. though, on the n3ds you can just hold X (either X or b or a, one of them I forget which) when you launch the homebrew launcher

Do you have a strater folder on your SD card with 3ds folder and boot.3dsx inside? Those should be on the root of the SD card.

Yes I have both of those on the root of my sd card, I can run homebrew just fine, but themely won't work for some reason

Themely appears in my homebrew when I start homebrew from doodlebomb but when I start it, it freezes for some reason

I'm actually having the exact same problem. Although I'm running homebrew through soundhax. But I end up getting that same red screen whenever I launch themely.
