Homebrew [NDS] Forwarder CIAs for your HOME Menu

Hi all, when I try to do this with GameYob DS on an R4i Gold 3DS RTS, I get taken to the rom selection screen but it's black and I can only see the game icons instead of directly into GameYob. What am I doing wrong?

Did you extract the flashcard pack?

I did, the DS Game Forwarder pack (R4iDSN, R4i Gold RTS).7z one. There are two DS menu .dat files, one with an extra underscore

Is the flashcard inserted correctly?

Yes it's inserted correctly. I was just playing around and I loaded the wfwd.nds file inside Wood R4 and it did the exact same thing. So I'm not sure what's going on. This is what it looks like. When I load a DS game everything works fine. It's almost as if when I launch the cia, it's trying to launch this wfwd file instead of gameyob

Edit: Figured it out. I was loading the rom into Forwarder3DS from my Downloads folder instead of the SD card itself. Once I did that instead, it worked.

It's the R4i Gold 3DS RTS, it's worked fine for months with forwarders though...

so everythings been going fine up until now, so whenever i boot up my actual flashcart, instead of going into ysmenu it boots into whatever fowarder i just used.

i tried replacing the files on both the sd root and flashcart and it still boots to the latest fowarder i used

It seems that the "TID" used in the Forwarder generator program isn't the same as a CIA's actual title ID? Is there a way to see the 4 character TID of a forwarder CIA that's already been generated? Thanks.

on further investigation, it goes to the latest fowarder I used even on my DSi (which would be super mario 64), i'll try reinstalling YSmenu from retrogamefan and seeing what happens

so installing a fresh ysmenu and then installing you're flashcard pack fixed it but when i went to play a fowarder, it all happened again

so i deleted all the fowarders and installed only 1 (super mario 64 ds) and before i tried the fowarder i started up the flashcard which loaded a game i now don't have a fowarder for (club penguin herbert's revenge). When I load up my (now only) fowarder (sm64ds) every thing works fine, but when i boot up the flashcard...you guessed it, the same problem from before happens.
