It's currently a closed beta, but hopefully soon it'll be more open. :)
understood!

been dying to try it ever since gen 6 dropped years ago and it remained un-rngable until now.

EDIT: I'd love to propose a feature idea where the frame turns from white to red, indicating a shiny frame, it uses your TSV depending whether you have a shiny charm or not.

It'd be neat.

Gen. 6 RNG? Oh boy, oh boy... I'll finally be able to RNG all those event pokémon stored at the Center. :grog:

Question: did you guys figure out only pokémon RNG or is ID RNG also possible?

Same here! I knew it eventually would be possible so I left them stored with the lady at the Pokemon Center, I just didn’t know when and precisely who would get the job done first. You see, for years now, I have been nagging incessantly the researchers at Project Pokemon to make an RNG manipulation tool for Gen VI. While they’ve certainly done a TONE of work, especially in terms of data-mining, documenting, and building save editors for the games, not much was ever done specifically for RNG manipulation. So I’m grateful someone has finally come up with a method and tools to make this work.

Yeah seriously Windylacine, it’s taken like for ever to get this. Need to repost image! xD

That being said, Zaksabeast, EzPzStreamz and Admiral_Fish and all the others involved, you should post your stuff on Project Pokemon too, for more exposure.

Please excuse the double post, and as a fair warning, a noob question is inbound...

...is Red/Blue VC RNG possible? Specifically Shiny/HA combinations not otherwise available (Zapdos et al).

Thought it might make for welcome discussion :)

I've recently been playing Red and Yellow and got so into it, I'm considering going back and playing other older main titles, perhaps the GB/GBA ones on 3DS. With that came the question of RNGing those, but I know that's out of the realm of possibility now. Being spoiled by this plugin and Gen 7 RNG makes me think impossible things.

Oh I agree. The problem with this plugin is that it's addictive and I want to achieve more!

I'm really hoping for a Pokemon stadium style game on the switch rather than a full RPG just because it will leave me without our beloved PokeCalc!

Hey guys, just a quick question, but as a user, is there a way to change key combos ? 'Cause I use another SuMo cheat plugin who uses Select to launch, so I can't use all the Select combos of this cheat ! I'd like to change that, but if there's nothing to do, I'll just delete the other one to keep this one active ! Thanks guys !

That must be rough. Productive I'm sure but hard to balance with daily life

@Maximumbeans, Indeed. I've been working on getting this Infecutus chip to work on my PS2. But after soldering, I realised that a plastic piece was missing from the power ribbon cable to the power and eject buttons.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Now I could go with soldering the contacts from the cable to the connector on the mobo, but doesn't sound like a good permanent solution.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Man, that's beyond my brain  I'm no good with hardware for now. I'd like to get into hardmods in future though

@Maximumbeans, Maybe start practice soldering. Get a cheap-ass soldering iron and follow some good YouTube tutorials.

Least my experience has gotten better than over a decade ago. My iron would constantly bump into components and break them.
  • Maximumbeans @ Maximumbeans:
Sounds good. I actually did soldering but like 16 years ago for school so uuuuh probably rusty haha
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Maximumbeans, Same here. I did soldering at school from a teacher who I honestly liked since he had plenty of good electronics experience.
