Has the method for converting PSP to PS3 improved any? I'm curious if anybody has found a way to get troublesome games to actually save properly. Mainly Mega Man Powered Up. I'd love to play that on my big TV, but since the conversion doesn't save properly I can only play it with no saving. >.<

Not really. There's been no development on it for years. The COBRA teams pkg was about as good as it got.

You wanna play PSP on the TV? buy a PSTV.

Problem solved.

Habib has improved the code a lot since it was open sourced
And a few other devs have help along the way so it should be working now
If not just post to habib the issues and he will work with you to get them working

thanks, I've just check in, and it's very expensive o_o
Yep, very expensive but considering you are using the original ps vita and not the pstv, you don't have to worry about any games not working so you can play all ps vita games on your tv that way.

Have you tried installing the Cobra PSP Launcher PKG and loading the ISO version of the game via webMAN? I tested Mega Man Powered Up just now using that method and everything seems to be saving just fine...

Can you provide a little more detail on what I'd need to do after installing a Cobra compatible CFW? (I've been out of the loop for a while, but I figured this was the first step. I'm on an older Habib 4.78 currently.) I'm currently installing the latest Rebug (4.81.2 REX) in preparation. Figured it time for an update.

Install rebug toolbox
It's in packages > PS3 storage
Entertoolbox
Second column from left
Rebug mode
Cobra active
Webman active

Far right column
Qa flag active

Exit toolbox
System restarts
Install psn patch
Enter psn patch
Press select
Press up on d-pad
Press start

Psn patch is now intergrated and runs at start up to stop you going online by accident (enter psn patch and press X to go online)

I'm not finding PSNPatch. Where can I find that?

EDIT: Thought it was part of the Rebug CFW by the way you wrote it out. Found it as a separate PKG. Picking up where I left off then.

As far as 100% compatibility goes the "Best" way to play PSP games on HD TV's is by having an actual PSP 2000, 3000 or PSP Go models on CFW to play ISO backups and use a
Psp to HDMI 720p/1080p Upscaler. But thats only worth try if you have a psp already
