The data tel power save can write to ntag215 stickers via namiio correct?
Can we just buy the powertags and use an android phone to write to it or do we need the powersaves device as well?
Thank you for this tip. I went ahead and ordered a ten pack. Came out to $35 shipped to the US. I plan to add a thin strip of Velcro to this and make little printed and laminated cards to set on top that I can switch out as needed.Hello guys, Datel sell also the PowerSaves on EBay : http://www.ebay.fr/sch/datel.electronics/m.html?item=252812884415
And a great news, they asked me what we do with the PowerSaves because they sold many of them these last days, so I told them the spoof trick and also asked if they can sell Token Separately, and tadaa :

The very great news is people with old black PowerSaves model can also use these powertag, I tested it and they are compatible.
I think they are also compatible with amiiqo etc.
Shipped and received 3 days after my order (UK to France).
You can't write to anowertag with an android device. It seemsCan we just buy the powertags and use an android phone to write to it or do we need the powersaves device as well?
Yes. It is what I been using. So does the Namiio software work directly with the powersaves pad and puck?
Cause using it sounds a lot easier. XD
Some observations:
The power tag works with Tagmo (http://gbatemp.net/threads/diy-amiibo-cards.406978/page-28#post-6043258) for read/write but is read only with amiiqo/amiiwrite.
Namiio tokens seem to be exactly the same and can be bought separately ~21US$ (www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?catId=0&initiative_id=SB_20160328101336&SearchText=namiio).
It can use files edited with this tool: https://gbatemp.net/threads/amiibo-cheat-tool.409152/
An NFC enabled phone, Tagmo, and the tags is all you need for your amiibo collection.
no one has clearly stated if the Datel Powersaves for Amiibo NFC reader/writer could write to blank NFC tags using Namiio or the Powersaves software which i hope someone could clarify this.
Regarding purchasing Powertags separately for use with an NFC-enabled android phone without the actual Powersaves device is a gamble, you are better off getting the Powersaves+Powertags together i think.
Or just order blank NFC tags and use it with Tagmo or Amiibitz using your android NFC-enabled phone which i think is easier and cheaper.
Anyway, i ordered thru EBay the Powersaves+Powertag and 10pcs blank NFC ntag215 stickers via Aliexpress and hopefully i could get the said items soon. The wait is killing me.
As soon as i get them, i will try to experiment with it and let you guys know..
My stickers arrive Monday. I'll be able to test if the data tel device can write to these stickers as well and report back.
The Powersaves software, just like the N2Elite software cannot write to the blank nfc stickers.
you think using the Namiio software with the Powersaves device will work with blank ntag215s?Using stickers with Namiio. Not powersave software. My stickers are still out for delivery. Not confident I'll have them today.
Yes. One per tag per flash. So just to confirm before I buy this, it can be used like Amiiqo to download and store amiibo on a tag using this method?

I'm surprised the community isn't jumping on this. I have 18 amiibos, and not needing to carry them around to friends' houses is great!
Not everyone has an NFC Android phone and if you have the Powertag chances are you have the PowerSaves base.
Make sure the Amiibo bins are in the same directory as the EXE files. When entering the name of the dump don't enter the .bin. For example if the dump is called MyAmiiboDump.bin just enter MyAmiiboDump.
Also make sure the bin file has no spaces in the name and capitals do matter. The tool will only work on Windows 7/8/8.1/10. Possibly Vista.
The reason it worked is because the folder you are pointing it to didn't exist until you manually dumped an amiibo.Hello, I have the .bin files in the same directory as the EXE (which is attached to the post) and I'm still getting problems...

EDIT: Ok, I tried again and I dunno why it's working now but it seems it only works after i've either tried to dump an existing amiibo save or have the powersave program open at the same time as the attached program (or both).
