A Dpad! Fukks sake Nintendo, it's a lovely screen and perfectly suited to a bit of retro gaming. I know there's a dpad on the Pro controller but I'm not interested in docked mode... I have a good feeling it'll happen anyway, alongside their VC rollout I reckon we'll be able to buy a new left Joycon with one on - fingers crossed that happens (though I'll probably still moan about the extra outlay anyway!)

I see why the dpad wasnt added. For shared play stuff.
But when playing bomberman the stick sucks and a dpad is kinda needed. Ive made do with the buttons tho.

I can see someone moding a joycon for a dpad or nintendo releasing a dpad joycon for $60 lol.

I'd like the Switch to still have a stylus for games like Art Academy, Colours, or just drawing stuff. Perhaps, they can borrow the tech from Wacom or something like the Galaxy Note for better touch screen and stylus function. That would be an ultimate dream for a Nintendo console. hehe.

If the switch have bluetooth once we hacked it we should be able to program an art homebrew capable of using some pens
It will not be compatible with all but some pen pressure pen can be usable ^^

Assuming 512 GB and 1 TB micro SD cards will ever exist. Not using normal SD cards was a mistake.
They will, technology always improve in 10 years we will have petabytes SD cards and exabytes hard drives if not more
just think that 15 years ago a 240MB card was a "big" one

Internet browser like one on new3DS/WiiU but improved.

Streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, amazon, pandora, YouTube.

Local media app for media on your micro sd card or HDD/SSD plugged in.

Ability to use wiiu gamecube adapter for GameCube vc. Also all of the VC games currently on wiiU/new3DS need to come over.

It already has USB keyboard, USB Ethernet/LAN adapter support, & USB hhd/SSD support. But would also be nice since it has no disk slot & ps4/Xbox supports Blu Ray to add support for USB Blu-ray drives for Blu-ray/DVD/CD.

Theme shop like 3ds. Or themes on the eShop.

I'd bundle 1,2 Switch with the console, add TB3 facility to support extra gpu support but it would be optional not included.

I'd make new joycon straps with white plus minus logos, able to connect USB keyboard hard disk etc. Make an adjustable kickstand like of surface series, released later this year with more games, would've made extra dlc for switch Zelda. Include voice chat in system allow Bluetooth headsets, foam padded docks and finally game screen recording.

Better Build quality.
1080p Screen for the switch display.
and lastly bigger internal flash memory (at least 500gigs)

Edit: notice many would have liked it to have come with Youtube/Browser etc.
i am sure they will add these in the updates to come.. as it would make no sense if they did not, i seriously need browser on it. (mainly for Kissanime).

I think a update will improve the WiFi issues. But I try with the same router the difference of use 2.4GHz Band or 5GHz band. The signal power isn't important...or it's bad.

I use the same distance and router, the same IP using DMZ to get Nat A. But only with 5GHz band I get a D/Us parameters as I have contracted. No more videos stop, or error accessing Eshop.
Someone knows which port are needed to get NAT A in Switch? Thanks in advance.

About the Switch itself I improve less border in the screen and better battery life.

Rgs.

More RAM. The only reason BotW has loading time is not enough RAM, on either Wii U or Switch. If you have more RAM than you need, you can either use aggressive preloading or you can have more permanently resident stuff in memory.

Two PS4 examples:
Horizon Zero Dawn has loading time. But in-game, there is none. The game loads areas around the player and unloads areas far from the player. When fast-traveling, player movement can't be predicted, so there is some loading time there.
Future Tone, a rhythm game, has all menu data permanently resident, so there is never loading time when navigating menu screens, except for the initial game load.

There's many things Nintendo should have improved and included. For starters, a LAN port on the Switch Dock. And improve the damn Dock! God damn piece of cheap plastic.

Similar results I can only get 2-3Mbps down 1 up on 2.4 and get 40Mbps down and 10 up on 5Ghz. Problem is my crappy ISP all in one box only does one band or the other and I have some devices like N3DS that only work on 2.4Ghz.
