when I'm instaling these themes with devmenu/bigbluebox/title manager at 99% says the cia is invalid... I put 28 themes and 1 doesn't have an icon, maybe this?

I guess you are using Gateway
Just, set-up a CFW.
GW does not patches Sig Checks for DLC content and Themes are DLCs

I was using A9LH Luma3DS
and installing with Title Manager/BigBlueMenu/DevMenu
ah, and I made another pack with all the themes excluiding the no icon one, and the no icon appears with SSB4 - theme 4 icon but upside down and the themes mashup beetween them, example: SSB4 - theme 1 is Robonyan one (this may not be 100% accurate but I pick 1 theme and shows another)

I am having some issues adding Russian LNG support.
Also, it is the same issue causing Themes with Japanese names to show glitched names on the interface
Once I fix that, proper translation stage will start, then betatesting, then release if no errors or else fix errors, then release
Sorry for talking like a PC but I was coding 10 minutes ago

EDIT: To be more specific: LUA does not support UTF-8 so I have to do a full workaround about it using alternative charsets... and the way to merge them on the inteface it's a mess.

A doubt about the new version of the application: If I have already installed a theme package I can install another package. If I perform this procedure the themes of the first package will still be active.

Let's say I created two theme packs the first package containing 10 themes and the second package containing 15 themes. After installing the first package I can install the second package without any conflict. Or I'll have to uninstall the first package in order to install the second package.

If you need someone to translate it to german, send me a pm. I cant promise that I will be particlualry fast or that I will create the best translation ever, but it should be a decend one. Also hyped for next release.

Why can't you use FBI to install themes? I did on my Japanese unit and I haven't had any issues. I'm not about to read through 34 pages to find out why.

I want to know that too. I installed it using fbi and it worked fine. I read some previous pages and some people said the same thing about using fbi and others said they had issues using devmenu

try this:
1-create a 100 themes pack
2-install with fbi
3-count how many themes are really installed
me, @redunka and some others already tested this and the results are bad, al least 1 theme gets missing with fbi

WARNING: YOU MUST NEVER EVER EVER USE FBI TO INSTALL THEME PACKAGES OR DLC CONTENT (are you asking why and want more information?, read all over this thread for more details). YOU SHOULD USE DEVMENU INSTEAD.

+1. Have always used the latest version of FBI and I haven't encountered any problems either for themes or dlc(before freeShop). I will try again installing themes using FBI on the n3ds since i got it some days ago and haven't bothered with themes. But i repeat, installing themes or dlc using FBI is OK! Plus I'm sure FBI is more stable and better in every aspect compared to devMenu.
