1. There's no Windows 96 or up. EDIT: There actually is, my bad.
2. Windows 3.1 is another operating system.
3. You're looking for Windows 2000 aren't you? If you don't get Windows 2000, clearly it's not what you're looking for.
4. You don't need to specify you're a nerd.

Windows 3.1 is not an operating system, afaik. It's just a graphical environment, an operating environment for DOS.

I know you corrected yourself, but how did you initially think this? I'm honestly curious. Also:
Microsoft planned to release a 64-bit version of Windows 2000, which would run on 64-bit Intel Itaniummicroprocessors, in 2000. However, the first officially-released 64-bit editions of Windows were Windows Datacenter Server Limited Edition and later Windows Advanced Server Limited Edition, which were based on the pre-release Windows Server 2003 (then known as Windows .NET Server) codebase.
OP might be able to find a leaked Janus build on the beta archive (not linking, but it's from the same guys that leaked 7 and 8). I've grabbed some Longhorn builds from them just to play around with. They also have Chicago builds for those interested for nostalgic purposes.

It seems that beta versions of new operating systems we're first called Windows 96 and such. Also there's bootlegs.

There never was a 64-bit Windows 2000, Windows XP barely got a 64-bit version, and I believe it was only Pro and not Home. Many things were broken and unsupported, namely drivers.

As others have already stated, there was no x64 version of w2k. There was an IA-64 version of w2k, though, and I'm pretty sure that's different than the "64-bit" people mean when they refer to PCs.
