Gaming dsi mushy button issue

the buttons on my dsi are VERY MUSHY is this a normal thing for the dsi or is it just me also is there any way i can fix this if so how (or do i just need to get another dsi some time)

How do you mean "mushy" sometimes after they become well used, the up/down/left/right arrows become less responsive so the rubber behind them can be replaced.

If you mean the "L" and "R" trigger buttons, they can be cheaply replaced.
