Hardware Help! I can not access my date on 4TB Seagate External HD after dropping it

Hello Everyone,

I have Seagate 4TB External Hard Drive that I use for all my family movies. I accidently drop the Hard drive and know when I plug it in my Laptop or Desktop my movies do not show. I can access the Hard drive but only the buda file shows. I 'd try EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Professional but I was only able to recover one good movie. Here are some screen shots of how the hard drive shows. My thinking is that one of the heads is stock but I do not hear any clicking or weird noise coming from the hard drive. Everything sounds like is spinning ok.

Have you tried running Check Disk on it?

If chkdsk doesn't work, one option may be linux (Linux Mint in my case), one time my brother damaged a HDD and while windows would just hang Linux allowed me to skip these areas/files.

If you're unlucky you may need to get it professionally repaired.

Yes, I did and status is good. I just formatted the hard drive and I'm uploading all my stuff again but the hard drive sometimes freezes so I don't trust it anymore.

I know is a gone I already started to build my library of movies again.
