As soon as Skylake drops prices, tom in the shout box said Kaby Lake was just released so I should wait for the price drop of Skylake soon
I will see local shops about computer cases, maybe I can get something cheap and nice and save on shipping
But I had been thinking use the Older one
It's true, not even 1150 cpu's price dropped much or if i look for i5 4460, it's same price like i5 6500 (amazon). Reason could be that they haven't increased the peformance a lot from 1150 to 1151 or they go easily out of stock and have less of them or no competition so more money.

Feature sets really. On the 1151 socket
Z170= High End.
H170=Mid range.
H110=low end.

Z170 for example is the only chipset that officially supports overclocking with a K series processor. Unofficially some of the H170 support overclocking, but via BCLK rather than multiplier and is mainly aimed at non-k chips as BCLK overclocking has some downsides compared to using the multiplier.
Z270 & H270 are launching with Kaby and are updates of the current chipsets, adding in native support for usb3.1 (rather than an add on chip) among other things.

Even if the PSU says 1.21 Gigawatt, it doesn't mean it will draw that much from the outlet.
The same way, even if it says 450W, it doesn't mean it will draw less than 450W.
It only means it will operate OK up to that point.
If you push it further it may: 1) turn off because of overload protection (if it is good), 2) overheat and slowly become damaged, 3) fail and damage everything else, 4) ignite and set your house to fire.

Decided I will get a psu as well..

I don't think you should worry much, the evga 600b has many good reviews and some bad too. I can say not everything is perfect, you never know if it might have a problem in the future. Some people even had a problem with the best brand according to reviews.
I have the seasonic s12ii, I heard most people had a problem with the famous "coil whine" annoying noise that you can avoid if you aren't close. It didn't happen to my psu yet after 4 months.
You can try to check wikipedia for 80 plus and learn if you want.

Now the Case... I felt. In love with the nzxt 340 that was recommended here, it's sleek, it's filtered, pretty, etc..
However.. In a computer shop I was recommended to choose another case because there is no ceiling space for a 2 block radiator..
The radiator shouldn't be mounted vertically because the air bubbles will get inside the loop creating noise and messing with the pump..
Ideally the radiator should be on the top, in the back but not in the corner..

It's bollocks. Air bubbles can end up trapped during shipping (from the cooler being moved around etc).
Running the system on it's side for a few hours will clear them out and trap them in the rad.

You can always go with high end air (noctua dh-15 etc) if you are worried about issues like that. They generally perform around the same while being quieter and cheaper (http://www.relaxedtech.com/reviews/noctua/nh-d15-versus-closed-loop-liquid-coolers/1), you don't have to go with a closed loop cooler just because high end air has fallen out of fashion.

However I am worried about cleaning those things..
A AIO water cooler seems much easier to clean, don't even need to detach it from the mobo

Full load, dh15 is the quietest of the lot at 45dba. You don't have to remove the cooler to clean. The fans are just clipped on and are easily removed. Without the fans you just blast the heatsink with compressed air/air duster etc to blow any dust of it. I use a k2 mount doom (an older dual tower cooler, similar to the dh15), it's no hassle at all to clean it.

thanks for the info, so for cooling either the h11i5 or noctua dh15 (i will decide between them at purchase) the noctua, being the best air cooler, is really making my head thinking in getting it...
anyway, update.
i raised my budget and changed parts. this is what i currently hope to get:
Processor: i5-7600k
Motherboard: Asus ROG IX HERO
Ram: Corsair, or g skill, it depends on availability (i will cheap off on ram...)
Cooler: Corsair hydro h115i or noctua d15
Psu: EVGA supernova gold 750w (i got confused with too many corsair PSU options, and evga seems to build theese to last forever, i think i made a solid choice on it)
CASE: NZXT h440 (this one supports the hydro h115, and seems to have more room compared to the s340)
and a reminder. i am not interested in GPU recomendations for now, i want a the "pc base" to get a really good GPU later this year and play lastest games
