How to get your 3DS's IP Address and Port

To some this may be obvious, to other's it isn't.

Rosalina Menu Method (Recommended):
  1. Press L+DPADDOWN+SELECT
  2. Open the "Debugger options" menu.
  3. Enable the Debugger and press B once.
  4. On the top right it will show your IP.
  5. (Bonus with this method, is the debugger allows online play while recording with kit-kat).
FBI Method:
  1. Open FBI (version 2.4.5 or higher - update using the last menu option),
  2. Select "Remote Install" -> "Receive URLs over the network",
  3. Your IP Address and port will be listed on-screen!
Homebrew Launcher Method:
  1. Open the Homebrew Launcher and press Start and it will show the IP.
It's that simple :D

It is actually easier to boot ftpd. (shows your 3ds ip on boot)

To be fair you could just explain how to do this in your post (only adds one line of text).
No real need for a full thread for something that is as simple as opening an app.

To some people their IP address changes, and to some it doesn't. You can have static IP address, or you can have a dynamic one.
These arent those type of IP addresses, these are localhost IP's and are NEVER static. They only change if some other device's localhost IP changes on request (Most of the time the router itself) or if another device takes an IP.
