Gaming how much is a used ps vita worth

I have an used PS vita, nothing broken or scratch it all good except the charger is a little bit broken but it still works and there is a $9 case on it, with a 4GB card and also the game COD Black ops:declassified. And i just want to know how much it will be worth and maybe someone want to buy, i have the box and everything.

Only when the vita is on the hackable 3.60 or lower: around 100 USD
I bought mine (a 3.60 OLED model) a month ago nearly brand new with 8Gb, box, manuals, good charger : 90 euro (around 95 USD) on a digital marketplace.

When on 3.61/3.63 : I guess it will be more difficult atm (unless they hack 3.63)

I bought mine which was in perfect condition on a low firmware and it included original box with AR cards, charger,16GB card for 90 euros. But i think that was a pretty good deal.
