Also as a Vita NOOB, will this allow me to play ISO backups on my VITA like I do on my hacked PSP?
Yes, but just take note that they aren't backed up as actual ISO files. They're packed as VPK files instead (just a renamed ZIP file), and you need to install them via VitaShell for them to be playable from the LiveArea.

Still can't figure out a simple thing like hacking money in a game. This is ridiculous.
Have you checked databases for cheat apps such as RinCheat? Maybe they already have money cheats for the game(s) you're looking at.
Failing that, the main place to look for the money value is usually the (decrypted) savedata. I'm not an expert in save hacking, but that's something useful I know about it.

Check that the VPK file actually has the '.vpk' extension, otherwise VitaShell won't prompt to install it. Also make sure you install it by pressing the X button to get the installation prompt; the "menu list" you speak of sounds like you opened up one of the options menus instead.

Yes, and there don't appear to be any such databases, only failed threads started with the intention of creating a database.

Thanks, and do you know if I can stream my ps vita to my pstv?
No. And why would you want to do that? If you're trying to play a game that's normally not compatable with PSTV, apply the whitelist hack that's available.

One more question, what items do I need if I wanna stream it on my pc?
I believe you'll just need RinCheat if you want to stream your Vita to the PC.
Assuming you already know how to set up plugins, download and set up the plugin and the PC streamer app from here: http://rinnegatamante.it/site/psv_plugs.php

I haven't set up the streaming thing myself; all I just know is that it's an available option. Read the bottom part of the readme for instructions on activating the stream feature from the plugin.

For Transferring Any Type of Files via QCMA Savedata, how would I do it with Adrenaline? Is there a Savedata for Adrenaline?
If you are copying files to the Vita for Adrenaline, just use FTP; it is way more easier than trying to just copy files through QCMA. (There is no "savedata" for Adrenaline anyway)
The QCMA file transfer tutorial was pretty much for if you're transferring large files that would otherwise take ages to transfer via FTP.

No, I am copying the translation file for Steins;Gayes 0, which I've imported from Japan, and copying 520 mb of data through FTP is really long. I tried to zip it, then rename the zip into mp4, then move it to the PS Vita. It "works", but the space on my Vita is scarce, so I can't extract all the file.

Then why mention Adrenaline at all, that's only an eCFW for PSP mode, has nothing to do with translations or anything

Just create a .zip of the files, rename it to whatever.zip.mp4 and transfer it over with QCMA as a video. Then rename it back to .zip in Vita/Molecular Shell and unzip the contents to your Vita. If you don't want to use double space, you can first move it over to ur0 (which is internal storage) and then extract it to ux0
