Hey, does anyone know how to do a memory dump of Super Mario Maker? I want to get the BFWAV and BFRES of Daisy for something I'm doing.
You **might** be able to find those files within the game's data, rather than performing a dump of its memory.
You can use DDD to dump the game's contents.

I just got a Wii U from a family member and its on 5.5.1, I have tried everything and no matter what I do I get the "Error 112-2600 Could not load video. try reloading the page?" What am I doing wrong or what should I do to get this thing hacked for the first time?

I'm seeing some channels with ? on my redNAND is it because I deleted updates and save files that were created when I cloned the NAND into the SD card?
I deleted them so they only exist on sysNAND and not on redNAND

So, im just getting into this, i guess it has been asked before, but not sure if ill get updated info if i use the search function.

so the hack looks familiar, loading a website to boot up the code, do you have to do it every time you turn on the console? is it temporary, or you create an emunand?

also games load from an SD card on the sd port like the 3ds it seems.

I had this issue as well. I solved it by deleting the titles from sysNAND first, then re-dumping my redNAND, and then reinstalling the titles on sysNAND.

You only have to do it anytime you want to use the HBL or a DLC ect... But for the most part once the games installed you can just turn it on and play.

Hello,

I blocked the Wii U updates in router (block URLs for Wii U MAC Address only), it is working without any problem but I want to confirm the URL list:
  • nus.c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • nus.cdn.c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • nus.cdn.shop.wii.com
  • nus.cdn.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • nus.wup.shop.nintendo.net
  • c.shop.nintendowifi.net
  • cbvc.cdn.nintendo.net
  • cbvc.nintendo.net
Do you recommend another URL?

Thank you.

Installed via other methods? because this guide only lets you start homebrew channel, to load loadiine

also i could never load the exploit on my 5.5.1 console, loadiine.ovh website said that HBL 1.4 wasnt working correctly, i tried 1.3 and used it for about a week, but now i tried using HID to VPAD and after running i can no longer run the exploit, either 1.4 or 1.3, it only loaded twice, once when i had my SD out, and a second time at random, it always freezes on the black screen when trying to load the exploit, when the lower bar of the browser is still there, i tried the reset save for browser and reset thing, but the exploit wont load anymore. any ideas?

The only idea I have is to make sure you try after a fresh reboot. You need to install Haxchi so you don't have to use the online method.

OK so I thin my rednand is messed up. I had a lot of games installed in sysnand before I started hacking. I created a rednand. From this rednand, I deleted all the games I owned. Because I naively thought I can have my own purchased games on sysnand and other games on rednand. But it turns out its not that simple.

I connected a hdd with plenty space now. so here's what I want to achieve:
I want an identical sys and rednand, and every other title I want to put on the hdd. But the question is: How can I get rid of the ???. I get an error if I try to delete ??? items, and I cannot move them. Is there something like FBI for the 3ds that does the same job in a Wii U?

just do so from System Settings like you would any other game.

I already asked in another thread, but my question fits here maybe even better. I did that, deleted games from RedNAND system settings. Now in my sysNAND they show up like this:

your games were on RedNAND's internal memory, or USB?
They were on RedNAND's internal memory, as the setup process of MOCHA cpoied them from my SysNAND. I have copied them all to the HDD. Copied not moved. They all show up in sysNAND, but if I remove the HDD, they disappear. I'd like them to remain in sysNAND and only keep games I 'rent' on the HDD. That is my goal. But I cannot copy them back from HDD to sysNAND since that gives me the error.

Can you manually delete these "???" items from sysNAND data management, or it's locked and give an error?
I can't. The error is this: An error occurred while copying data. Some software could not be copied. - When I try to copy them from USB to sysNAND.

When I try to delete: There was an error in the system's memory. Try holding the power button for four seconds, and try again.

So, you mean that you still have the games on USB because you can try to copy from USB to sysNAND?
you had them both on internal and usb ?

if you plug the USB while in redNAND, does redNAND see them? can you launch them while they are supposed to be deleted from internal?

sorry, I don't know the answer to your situation, I'm trying to understand how all this is working.

Do you mean plug in the USB? Or unplug? If the HDD is plugged in, I can see every game in both sysNAND and redNAND. If I unplug the HDD, I can see my legitimate purchased games only in RedNAND.

wait, maybe I misunderstood what you did.

You said you deleted your games from redNAND, how can you still see your legit purchased games in redNAND if they are deleted? you are talking about the deleted ones, or the games you didn't delete?

what I understood :
You had your games on sysNAND internal memory AND you had a copy of all your games on USB too ! (both, internal and USB)
you made a NAND dump to use with redNAND, so your sysNAND internal games are now also on redNAND internal.
You unplug USB
you launch redNAND and deleted the games from redNAND internal (NOT from USB)
your sysNAND internal games disapeared : you posted the screenshot <-- this should NOT happen, as what's done on redNAND internal memory should not affect sysNAND internal memory.
If you plug USB on sysNAND, your games are present on USB but can't be copied to sysNAND
if you plug USB on redNAND, your games are present on USB
if you run redNAND without USB, your games are STILL present on internal redNAND .... while you said you deleted them !

are you sure you didn't delete them from sysNAND internal by error?

Yes, that's what happened!

I did delete them. But, as I said:

I decided to have my legit games on sysNAND internal memory.
So I copied, again, copied, not moved, the games from the HDD --> internal RedNAND.

THEN after that I powered off the console. Now I'm in sysnand. I want to do the same. But I can't.

The games I copied back from HDD to internal RedNAND are now showing up as ???, see the picture, in internal SysNAND - with no way to delete them. Or copy them.

thanks for confirmation.

if you plug the USB while on sysNAND, you can see the games.
did you try to delete the game from USB while in sysNAND?
it's probably not what you want as you'll have to reinstall them later if you want them to USB too, but at least it should mark them as deleted from sysNAND. Well, I hope the console will mark them as deleted from both USB and internal sysNAND.
just try with a small game, one you don't care maybe? or one easy to reinstall

Did you try to reinstall a game marked as ??? using WUP installer? (don't do it if it's legit games, or don't add a bad ticket so the console will re-use your legit ticket already in the console)

Maybe we should help you to a single place. Posting your issue in multiple thread could make things hard to follow, with users providing different suggestions, and not knowing what else has been already suggested. I can move/merge these posts.

edit:
I merged them so the other user's issue is not hijacked with yours, and you get all the help in the same thread.

Would it be possible to start over again? I delete every title from internal RedNAND - that way the ??? disappear and I can move them from HDD to internal SysNAND. Then start over? This time not touching internal memory neither in sysNAND or redNAND.

EDIT: I deleted all the titles in RedNAND internal Memory. I then could copy them back from HDD to SysNAND internal Memory.
But now of course I have the same problem the other way around. Meaning: The ??? appear now in RedNAND internal Memory. So can I just take out the SD Card, format it and set up a new RedNAND? Or will I have to be mindful of anything in particular?

EDIT2: I now copied every legit owned game back to sysNAND memory. It was possible after I moved those titles from RedNAND memory to HDD.
I then formatted the sdcard and set up a new RedNAND.

Now everything works and I don't see any question marks.
