and later it's possible or it's patched for all the time
There is always vulnerabilities, but... since Nintendo only do updates that patches exploits and not add new features (that can contains bugs), it's hard to find new one.
If you want to pirate, and don't want to wait, buy another 3ds, or a sky3ds+.

I don't know if it's possible but i would greatly appreciate an overlay that displays in-game FPS, ram usage, cpu usage and gpu usage like rivatuner (MSI Afterburner ).

I'm curious if making a Smash 3DS Replay Exporter is possible.

Like, it would take a Replay from your save & export it into a streamable video format; maybe one the 3DS can handle.

I know a lot of people don't do Smash Homebrew nowadays, but we just got a MK7 Save Editor released, so why not?

I would love to see a port of Desert Bus in the same manner as the Wii homebrew port.

I really don't see how this could be possible. You could always use any save editor to change the species of the Pokémon that you want to evolve.
Not really the case with PKSM yet. But, it's useful for people who don't necessarily like genning. Remember those people.

Is it possible to make some sort of tracker for the 3ds? Think about it: 3ds gets stolen, and everytime it connects to the internet it pings your email at a rate you choose (is: every 4 times it connects to the internet or simply every 18 hours, etc). Being that we have things like in-nand pin locks running above everything else, would this be too hard to program that basically just sends an email at timed intervals? Or is it actually plausible?
I'd totally get this, believe it or not.

Is there an FTP client that works well for the 3DS? The ones I've tried (the FTP brony fork with the Nintendo characters and FTPD) take way too long to connect to my PC... sometimes Filezilla won't even connect and has to make two or more attempts. FTP Vita, by contrast, connects quickly and reliably on my PSP. I want that kind of performance on my 3DS.
If you have a phone, just use one of those. They're pretty good.

My b. I don't know if it was ok for me to spam post like that. Sorry about that.

I would like a userland cart dumper (I don't know if it's possible) or a header extractor.
We need kernel access to dump a cart?
Plus, if all of them say kernel access, then one for userland can't be made due to the lack of permissions.

Exists one called braindumper, who dump the cart but not in a .3ds and don't extract the header. I really don't understand why we would need kernel access to access the infos in a cart, but I don't know much about the 3ds permission system, so maybe I'm just dumb :P

Lml your not.
Userland:
The same permissions as any other piece of software. With userland you can:
-run basic homebrew software
-access to save dump/editors
-bypass update nags
You CANT:
-write to the nand, this includes downgrading.
-install games
-Run kernel based homebrew.

Kernel permissions grant all of the things that can't be done with userland. If you ever owned an android, granting kernel permission on a 3ds is the same as rooting, or jail breaking an iOS device

Hmmm, we'd probably be looking at a very reduced version of the Prey Project. A small program that launches ideally during boot (would not make sense as an installed title, as the thief would have to start it manually...) that checks the wifi connection and pings a specified page sending brief info as a POST form (date and time, wifi/SSID name and if possible wifi scan list would be all that's needed).

The biggest problem here is that for this to work, the thief has to connect the 3DS to a wifi manually, since the 3DS does not have wifi autoplug capabilities, let alone something like WPA2 hacking. In other words, it only works if the thief actually uses the 3DS for something internety.

2. Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call Save Editor
4. Kid Icarus: Uprising Weapon Editor
6. A tool that lets you streetpass anybody you've streetpassed before, infinitely.
Yes, please. Any and or alll of these, please.

(I do think there was mention in the ROM Hacking section of someone already working on a TFF:CC save state editor, at least)

Would there be any possibility of implementing a separate streaming app to stream over wifi, like ntr cfw but without cfw just dragging in to 3ds folder. ?
