Catch any ratatta out, Ditto is transformed as a ratatta, don't know if it's always or just today

Since the Thanksgiving-Event you can catch Ditto. He could be any Pokemon that you catch so its not limited to ratatta. Shiny Pokemon are also coming soon.

Not really, but it can transform into other pokemons while staying in the gym.
BTW it seems that you can find it mainly hidden as Pidgey, Rattata, Zubat or Magikarp; other Pokemons are reported as possible disguises but there are only a few reports and no video proof of them.
