So from the info Ive gathered from Se7ensins, this probably won't work. According to them this is just a changed version of the PS4 piracy mod.

I also plan to buy a Xone, but wanted it to run backups . With a 372€ month salary for hard work I can't buy those games at 69.99€ here. And my job ends this month, screw this...

This is likely a scammer. Think about it, they're offering an illegal service (installing pirated games) and they require you to ship your several hundred dollar (USD) machine to some remote country. Chances are the seller is just trying to harvest free Xbox ones to resell at a pure profit....

Yea that's what I thought when I read it too, the only thing that's making me consider that it's genuine is that they did the same with ps4.

Yes some of the ps4 "merchants" are legit as far as following through goes, but I'm sure some of them are scammers too. Its not worth the risk if you ask me. Not to mention, do you really wanna pay for pirated content? Its pretty scummy for these people making money by selling other people's content and pocketing all the money.

Nah it's a real thing. The idea is based off the Brazilian PS4 trick, they most likely just use NAND cloning to add in the games. The thread in that forum has dozens of confirms and stuff, and Wololo did a write up on it as well a bit ago:

Though I still agree that sending any expensive console to any country is silly and not worth the wait, at least when it comes to pirated games.

The PS4 exploits works off dumping the NOR chip using a Pi from a source machine that has games tied to it and flashing the dump to a destination machine. It's not actually that hard if you have the expertise to disconnect and reconnect the NOR itself.

I see no reason why the Xbox One wouldn't function in a similar way. It is that data that allows digital games to be used while offline. The rule for Xbox is one primary 'Home' console per account but if the destination machine was never connected to Live then the console wouldn't know that it was a duplicate copy of another host.

It boggles my mind that the NOR can be flashed with a source of another machine on the PS4 without any encryption preventing it. Perhaps the XB1 has such a scheme in place. Even the 3DS and Vita have it after all!

Ya you would think that there would be nor key's stored somewhere else on the motherboard (on another chip) that is used to verify against whatever key is actually on the NOR chip itself. Oh well, sony did an epic fail there haha. I don't know if microsoft would've made the same fatal mistake though.

there's already technically game sharing on the xbox one by using the "my home xbox" thing in settings. You sign into a friend's xbox, go to your settings, and make the xbox your home one. It allows the person to download your games and play them on another account, and you can play any games and at the same time together. Me and my friend do this with one another's consoles so we can have our games combined and play together without having to shell out tons of money. The only issue i can see with it is if you or your friend changes their home xbox, thus removing all your games you got from them or removing all your games from their xbox.
