• home brew launcher
• *hax 2.5
• hans

1. load homebrew launcher
2. select hans
3. target the demo you want to play in my case it is sonic lost world with 0 demo uses select it
4. Done !!! you can play it regardless of demo uses

*note ssb for 3ds demo freezes on old 3ds xl

no it does not so you play the demo without technically playing the demo
