Wait, so all you need is someone to help translate? There are several people who can help with translating from either the Korean Version of the Japanese Version.

The main translation is done; we just need someone to convert the raw translaiton into an understandable format.

On my case...
...I do not like saying this, but I am reconsidering my stance on being a part of this team. I mean, all I did was bring trouble and false hope to this team, me offering my services simply because I have the ability to interpret Engrish into English. Sure, I did have legitimate excuses (the most recent one being a rather thick college experience this semestre), but I never played MapleStory (and might not for quite a long time, especially since I have some issues regarding my Internet life and its relation with my real life and myself) nor I have had any experience with subversion or Assamblea. I was just enthusiastic on not only putting whatever linguistic abilities I had to use, but also actually being ABLE to contribute to this scene after leeching from this for years. In the end, I just became a nuisance and just a general git.

The point I am trying to say is that I do not wish to be a part of this team anymore (at least until I am sure that I can commit to and enjoy of this task without causing liver-aches to everyone). I am sorry.

SVN is still up, but no one is working on it anymore.

Japanese is much easier to translate than Korean.
Besides, people (including me) have pretty much lost interest in this game.

Thanks for replying but ehh, I use the 1st choice. Clean to 0.04.

Are you on Windows 8? This may cause compatibility issues.

Well, I have played little around with the patched rom and have no idea where I could find korean texts...

there are an patch already? what O know about this is that it don't even started o_o
I saw there was a team that was working on a Kr-> En translation but got dopped , they made a program that extract the KR text, and it don't work on JP rom because will also get the KR text...sound strage right? but both KR and JP games have 3 different text files: for Kr, for Jp and for En!!
so if the stractor is made t getting the KR text, is that it will get i both rom ...
and since I don't know how to open the files and give a look, I don't kow if there already something on the englsh or f it's just an placeholder... I know some games have this as "placeholder" like rythm tengoku gold, I could get the text from the english version and place in it's place of japanese game, and worked (with some bugs but it's allright hahah)

Oh, it seems you have difficulty with opening texts. Here's the current state:

Lastest Kor-Eng Patch: v0.04 RedSnail
Lastest Subversion: changeset 32 (Link)
Used Tool: MapleTrans v1.1 (supports K and J both)

You can open text files with MapleTrans with following steps:
1. Extract DSLazy on any folder.
2. Copy MapleTrans on same folder.
3. Unpack your MapleStory DS Rom with DSLazy.
4. Run MapleTrans, get in [File] - [Load All] (loading will take few minutes)
5. After loading is done, get in [File] - [Export Text]
6. After exporting is done, you will see the 'text' folder. Files you wanted are in there.
7. Edit only '~.GMM.KOREAN.txt's, click [Import Text] and [Save All] on MapleTrans, and then repack all files with DSLazy.
