Requirements:
- Homebrew Tubehax or IronHax
- Save Manager Program

Procedures:
1 - Make the process of entering the Homebrew, select the exploit (Save Manager).
2 Press (right or left) until the Pokémon Rumble game and select it.
3 - Tighten (A) Backup save data to extract Game save them to SD. It will create a folder on the SD root, and that folder will have another call 00slot00.

• Turn off your 3ds, remove the SD and put it on the PC.

4 - Open the Save tool Rumble program, click Open Compressed 00slot00 and select the folder q was created on your SD 3ds.
5 - After that you can edit your save as you wish. I will not explain every application functionality, in addition to there are not many.
6 - Finally after editing, SAVE the file again OVER 00slot00 the SD card and follow the above process until you reach the Save Manager for the 3ds.
7 - This time select the Option (B) Import Save Data.And complete.
8 - Have fun !!

First extract the file then go to the app and it should work fine
