Recruiting: Graphics Artist

We are currently looking for a new graphics artist, as our lovely Redigitize graphics artist HelloWinter is alas not available for Decode due to an overfull schedule.
So we are looking for someone that might continue her legacy and create awesome graphics for Decode, which, given that the game is using even more graphics than the original Redigitize is crucial.

Requirements:

• You are damn good at drawing, posess or can aquire a fast collection of fonts and can match Japanese Fonts and style at ease.
• You can use Photoshop, Illustrator and other basic graphic tools
• You have Skype and it’s easy to stay in touch with you
• You are willing to rework graphics I might call “garbage” in the process
• You can also remove Japanese symbols from signs and make the english version look as good as the original, without anyone even noticing it was ever different.
• In short: Your graphics are so damn good that fans will wonder whether the Japanese graphics are the Translations and yours are the original.

Reward/Benefit:

• If you are any good you’ll be credited at the end of the game,
• You get the joy of thousands of people calling your designs gorgeous
• As a member of the team you get to experience how exactly it is like to translate a game

I'm very interested in a Translation for this game, I Bought the game a while ago for the 3ds. I have almost beaten the game fully and it would be quite nice to play a english version, I have been editing this game for a while and smash brothers for 3ds..
Learning how everything works without bricking my 3ds.

You guys are damn awesome!! i had been following your psp releases but my psp spoilt halfway through. Now i can finally realise my dream of completing it on my 3ds!
